But one of the things I want to tell you is that Microsoft does not teach people about licensing. They do not teach their sales reps about licensing. They do not teach their partners about licensing. They do not teach their customers about licensing. Even people with licensing in their title, they're not really teaching licensing to. They're teaching them how to sell programs and bundles. If you ever pick up your phone and say, hey, Microsoft, I'd like to have a conversation about licensing, they're going to come in and talk to you about an EA or about M365 bundles. They don't talk about how licensing truly works.
