Episode 52: Finding Your Greatness with Lewis Howes
2 Nov 2015 · 34 min
In episode 52 of the Profit First podcast, hosts Mike Michalowicz and Chris Curran welcome guest Lewis Howes, author of The School of Greatness. The conversation weaves between personal storytelling, practical mindset tools, and profitability advice. Howes shares the "Perfect Day Exercise"—a two‑part process of visualizing an ideal day and then scheduling it in minute‑by‑minute itineraries—to help entrepreneurs clarify vision, set goals, and align daily actions with long‑term greatness. He discusses how adversity (e.g., a career‑ending injury) can be reframed as feedback, emphasizing a champion mindset that blends confidence, belief, and humility. The hosts also field listener questions about automating Profit First account allocations, and they promote their corporate partners (Fundera, TSheets, Fundbox, Nextiva) with brief descriptions of each service. Throughout, the tone is conversational, energetic, and promotional, with frequent encouragement to purchase Howes’s book and to use the podcast’s resource links for further learning.

Oh, man.
Bam. Why don't you sing with.
Lot of grunting going on?
Yeah, but if anyone can sing in tune, it's you. Like, you can just carry a melody.
Christina, hit a note at least. Go ahead, hit a note.
Give us a note right now. Whoa.
That's what you get when you tune into the Profit first podcast. Hey, welcome everybody. I'm Chris Curran, the founder of Fractal Recording.
And I'm Mike Michalowicz, the author of Profit First. And you're listening to the Profit first podcast where you learn about all things profitability wise. And today you're going to learn about how to make things great. Profitability wise, but also in your life. We have the coolest guest when it comes to this art of greatness joining us. That's my little hint for you.
Ooh, now we have. Now you have to wait and see.
Who is it?
His name might be Lewis. Anyway, but this is like you said, this is the show, Mike, where revenue is great, but profit is fate. Fate.
Oh.
Oh, see, that was good.
Coffee cup, coffee mug, quote.
So listen, you can find us on itunes, stitcher, tunein radio, and the mecca of this podcast, which is profitfirstpodcast.com. all great things happen there. So be sure to check us out on those platforms.
That's right. And we have four corporate sponsors. Oh my, I said it wrong. Four corporate partners.
Partners, yeah, that we love.
That have been with us for a while now. And they're actually companies that you use and work with, right, Mike?
Every one of these companies, we use nextiva every time we talk about them. You love them.
They're so great.
We're on their phones and we use abuse phones. This business that we have is a phone based business. Every single morning, literally, we have our morning huddle, right? 8:34, we meet up, huddles over. One person wins the song of the day. We blast. Like, what was it? Eye of the tiger last week, Eye the tiger comes blasting. I think Ron won it that day. And then nine o' clock, total silence. Everyone hits the phones and there's three to four, sometimes five phones going simultaneously. And we pound these phones until five o' clock at night, all day long. So that's nextiva. They're fantastic. T sheets, Fundera Fundbox, all sponsors of Our show. We'll talk more in detail about them in a little bit.
Yup, we love it. So what have you been up to, Mike?
Dude, here's what I've not been up to. And this is frustrating me. I'm not playing guitar. I used to play guitar every day. I. I just play. I play a little melody. Even when you guys were here at work, sometimes I pulled out. It's been sitting this one guitar, I have it at the office sitting on my wall. It hasn't moved in about three months. I gotta get back to guitar. And here as a guitarist, and I'm not a great guitarist, you know, you're not playing enough. When your fingers start getting soft, your fingertips go away. And so sometimes I'll sit here and I'll start doing. There's exercises you can do as a guitarist with your fingers. I'm doing it and I don't feel the calluses. I'm like, ooh, haven't been playing guitar enough. So I gotta hit the guitar again.
Try to just pick it up. I got back in the studio for the first time in a couple weeks and it just feels good to get back.
Feels good to get back in. Yeah, totally. Totally what you've been up to. Karen.
Yeah. I have a question for you, actually, because I set up my profit accounts like you describe in your book Profit First. You know, like the profit account and the operating account and all this tax account. But mine doesn't go. Mine doesn't get divided up into the different accounts automatically. Is there a way that with a bank you can set it up to just distribute the percentages automatically or you have to do it by hand.
I don't know of a bank that will do percentage based automatically.
Okay.
They will do fixed fees automatically. So like a fixed dollar amount. I shouldn't say fees, but dollar amount.
Right.
Like, here's how you. Here's how you, quote, unquote, automate it is. You have the bookkeeper do it for you. So we're with a community bank, but on the 10th and 25th of every month, the funds get transferred, quote, unquote, automatically. Now it's Tina, who's our remote bookkeeper, who does it manually and then sends us a summary report. But that's how you do it. If you, the owner of the business are doing it, you're kind of mingling your fingers in with the money. It's just a little bit tempting sometimes to not move all the money around. That's the trick.
Cool. Thanks for that.
We have a cool guest. I Met Lewis Howes back now maybe two years ago. He had this platform called the School of Greatness. He's doing videos, all this amazing content, all this stuff in bringing biggerness, more greatness to, to people, to entrepreneurs, to all folks. The one thing he didn't have at the time was a book, well, I am proud to say just released hot off the shelf like this second, go to Amazon and pick up the book the School of Greatness, because what you're about to hear is going to amaze you greatly and you have to have the book that complements it. Lewis Howes, welcome to the show.
What's up, guys? Thanks for having me.
What's up, Lewis? Congratulations on your book launch, man.
Thank you very much. I'm excited. Lots of good things happening.
This is not your first book. Didn't you do something with LinkedIn or something like that a while back?
Yeah, I did a LinkedIn book that I self published and then I did a webinar book on Amazon only. But this is the big book to the world. This is the book I've always wanted to write. This is kind of my, my masterpiece, let's say.
Nice.
I'll tell you, as I was watching the pre release statistics, weeks ahead of its launch, the book was outselling, like was out selling my books big time. Yeah, it was kicking ass and taking names like, this book is exploding. What do you attribute all this popularity to?
7 years of relationship building and a lot of giving back to everyone without asking for anything.
Yeah, I'm doing a. I did a email promotion of Lewis's book the day it launched. Lewis just said, hey, I'm looking for support. That was basically your email to me, Louis. Hey, if you can support me, I'd appreciate. If you can't, I understand that too. Would you be willing to maybe just do a Twitter announcement? And I wrote back and said, Dude, I'm emailing 23,000 people because you've been huge to me. No question that giving results in getting at some point.
Yeah.
Is that part of the premise of your book?
Yeah, absolutely. I mean, I think, you know, I ask people what their definition of greatness is all the time because I'm always interested to see what it is to each person because we all have a different definition. And for me, it's figuring out what our gifts and talents are, the unique gifts we were born with. It's cultivating them so that we can go after and achieve our dreams and then making the biggest impact on. On the most people in the world or the most people around us. So for me, it's going after what we want in life, but then serving others in that process in a big way. And it's all about living in service, giving, adding value, because I believe it's always going to come back around when you do it the right way.
So how do you find your greatness if you don't know what your greatness is?
I think you got to figure out there's a couple things you can do. One, I talk about an exercise called the Perfect Day Exercise. This is really getting clear on your vision. And you know, you can talk about this with finances too. You know, when I talked with you and went over the profit first stuff, it really helped me get clear on my finances and my accounting and where I want to be financially and how to manage it all in a much better, efficient way. And most people aren't clear on their vision. They're just reacting throughout, throughout the day to day things that come up, the busyness. But we don't take the time to dream about what we want. We don't take the time to dream about what we want in our lives and in our finances. We don't either. We say we want certain things, but we're not actually visualizing it. And then getting the game plan down and figuring out the tools and systems to actually make it work for us as opposed to reacting constantly and being stressed out about what's happening in our lives. And so for me, it's all about getting clear on that vision first.
Okay, so you said the perfect day exercise. How do you get clear on that vision?
Yeah, so the perfect day exercise is something that I like to do. And another part of this is if you don't know what you want or what you're good at or your talents are, you can ask your friends, say, hey, what is it that I do that you come to me for the most? And what is it that I do you think I'm better at than anyone else? Or what is my superpower? If I had a superpower, what would it be that you notice about me and get feedback from the people closest from you. That's one way to discover what your gifts and talents are. But to really get clear on your dream, your vision, something I have been doing for a long time, really since sports, and how I've translated into the business world and into relationships in my life in general, is an exercise called the Perfect day Exercise. And there's two parts to this. So I want everyone listening to do this right now or right after this. This, this Interview. And the first part of that is we literally don't take the time to do what we used to do when we were kids. And that's dream. We are so busy, we're constantly checking phone, email, we're reactive, a lot more older in our lives and we don't take those moments to dream. So what I want you guys to do is to go into nature or just go and lay in some grass in your backyard or wherever you can. No phone, no electronics, no one else around. You take a pen and a journal or a notepad and dream about, if I could have anything in my perfect day, what would that look like? Who would I be spending time with? What type of business would I be building, or what type of career would I have? Who are the relationships I'd be with, spending time with? Would I be traveling? Where would I live? And don't feel guilty, don't feel bad about anything. Just allow yourself to dream like a seven year old would and see what is it that I desire and want every single day. So that's, that's part one, is to dream about it. And then you're gonna write that down. You're gonna write this down in your journal. Because something magical happens when you start to write down exactly what you want. If you don't know what you want and you don't start writing it down, then you're probably going to get what the world gives you and you're going to be reacting to things. You're going to be frustrated and unfulfilled and saying, well, why aren't I living a better life? Well, you haven't written it down. You haven't got clear on what you want. So when you get clear, you can start taking the actions to make it happen. This is not rocket science. We've all probably heard this before, but I think it's extremely important to stick to the basics. And this exercise is really powerful. So I'll give you an example for what this could sound like. You're going to write down from the moment you wake up to the moment you go to bed, what a perfect day looks like. And here's how mine starts out. I wake up with the sun coming in through my room on my incredibly comfortable king size bed where I hear the birds chirping and the sounds of the ocean in the distance. And I am smiling the biggest smile because the woman of my dreams is laying next to me and I cannot believe she's with me. So that's what I would write down to start.
I love that vision so much. I'm now laying next to the two of you. I want to be there.
So I'm sorry.
Right.
Oh, wait a minute.
That was a little awkward. That was a little awkward.
You can be in the middle. Yeah.
Like a soldier boy, just laying there. Sorry. I'm not trying to touch anyone.
So, you know, literally, then do that for the rest of the day. Like, be very descriptive. Like, what are the things you're doing? What's the impact you're having? What are you doing with your work? What are you doing with your family, your community? Really write this out. Are you traveling? And obviously, every day is going to look different because you're not going to do the same thing every day. Otherwise it'll be boring after a while. But just imagine what a perfect day could look like for you, and you're going to write that down. So write as much as you want. Then the second part. It's one thing to visualize and dream and imagine those great. You know, it's great to do that, but it's not actually going to happen until you schedule things and put a game plan into action. So the next thing is what I learned from football back in high school, on the great teams in football. I would show up to the locker room before practice, get my pads on, and there would be an itinerary for what we were doing that day of practice in everyone's locker. And this itinerary was every 10 to 15 minutes. The exercises, the drills, the things, things we were focusing on, the water breaks, everything was down to the minute, was very detailed and descriptive of what we were going to be working on so that we could achieve our goal, which is to win the game that week and achieve our vision for the season. Now, if the coach just said, all right, guys, put your pads on. We'll see you out there whenever you feel like it, and we'll throw the ball around a little bit, right? We probably wouldn't have been able. We wouldn't have been as disciplined. We wouldn't have had good enough team chemistry. We wouldn't have known the plays as well. And we. Those results would have shown during game time. But since we had a clear vision at the beginning of every season where we had the vision literally written up on the wall, everything we wanted to achieve on the. The chalkboard or the whiteboard was there, and we knew what we were working towards because we wrote it down, and then we had an agenda every single day on the action that we needed to take to make it happen. It set us up for Success a lot by doing that. I'm not saying it always worked, but it gave us the plan and allowed us to move through the process much easier. So why go through life or your business or your finances just winging it? Why show up winging it and saying, well, let me see what happens today. Why not be intentional and create a itinerary every single day for what that perfect day can look like? So the second part of the exercise is to write an itinerary. From the moment you wake up, whatever time that is, seven, eight o' clock in the morning, what are you doing every 30 minute increments, and some of it might be three hour increments, but what are you going to do in that timeframe where you can fit that perfect day in all the hours of the day with an itinerary? For me, it makes a lot of sense to be clear and intentional with what we exactly want by fitting it in in a schedule and itinerary, as opposed to just waking up and saying, all right, let me check my email and let me just see what's happening and see if I can make some money today. That doesn't work and it's gonna leave you feeling frustrated, right?
I mean, sounds like deliberately choose your path. But what if that monkey wrench gets thrown into your life? I know you experience this personally, you're a pro and then you get that injury, right? It was a career ending injury. And now your whole vision for your professional football career is out the window, was over to take a shift. Yeah, so tell me about that.
Fifteen years, you know, 16 years of a dream that I had since I was five to be a professional athlete. You know, every day I sacrificed my body, my time, my energy. I never, I never got drunk, I never had alcohol. I didn't go party every day. I made these sacrifices to achieve one dream and then I achieved it. And then the first year, it was over and my whole identity was wrapped up in playing sports and being this athlete that I was known. That's what I was known for. And here's the thing that I learned from interviewing, you know, billionaires and Olympic gold medalists and scientists and doctors at the top of their field is that adversity is going to come no matter what. And the bigger the dream and the bigger the goals you have and the bigger the business you want to build, more challenges and adversity will come your way. Those that learn to embrace and understand that they're coming no matter how good things are, some adversity is going to come. Someone may die that, you know, you may get injured, there may be a setback, something in the market, you know, an employee does something, your parents get divorced, something either internal or external will happen in the world that will affect you. And the greatest minds, the greatest leaders learn to embrace that and use it as momentum for them as opposed to as a roadblock that holds them back like the rest of the world. And you just have to understand that, you know, whoever it was, you know, Michael Jordan said he failed like whatever 10,000 times, but he also, he says that was part of his success. Without those failures, he knew he wouldn't have been able to be successful in the big games and win those playoffs that he did. And you just have to understand that this is all feedback. All of the adversity that comes your way is feedback and lessons. And you can either use the lessons to move you forward or you can look at them as failures and they'll hold you back.
Yeah. Throughout your book, as I was reading it, you had, I guess, interviews, or you're talking with people, you call them professors, which I think is a cool way of positioning it. But the one that drove, that stands out in my mind was the interview with Shawn Johnson. She's the gold medalist gymnast who I think has a crush on me, by the way. I just wanted to remember that. But the fascinating thing is it was more about the internal mindset that determines your physical success and success in business in all aspects. Can you speak more to that internal mindset that she was talking about and you were talking about?
Yeah, I think our outer world is a reflection of our inner world. And the results we get on the outside usually reflect how we feel about ourselves and our emotional self worth and the things we're learning internally and how we learn to capture those things on the outside. So we're exactly where we're supposed to be at every level. And it all depends on how much you want to learn and grow to be able to become the person you need to be to get the results you've always wanted. So I think, you know, I think the inner game is a big deal. And I talk about the champions mindset in the book. You know, the greatest leaders and minds, they face a lot of adversity. They're up to a big game, they're up to big visions, they want to be the best in the world and that adversity is going to come your way. So I think the thing is, what are you going to do that's going to build such a powerful belief in yourself or in Something greater than yourself that's going to move you forward. When uncertainty comes, you know, when I, when I watch, you know, big sports games, Mike, when I watch big sports games and whoever wins at the end, the broadcaster will say, you know, congratulations. You know, how do you feel? What did you, how did you do this? You know, how did you make this happen? And there's usually two responses. And can you guess what one of the responses might be if they wanted it more? Right, right. Well, one of what exactly? Well, one of the responses would be what I call the Muhammad Ali response, which is, I knew I was going to win. I was. I've trained harder than everyone else. No one can beat me. I am the greatest in the world. You know, this is laughable. Of course I was going to win. And the other response is, I give all the glory and praise to God. I am nothing. And I put all my belief and faith in him in leading me to be where I'm at today and thank God that he did. Right. There's two different types of responses, usually a very humble belief and a very bragging belief. And both of them have something in common that's a unwavering belief in themselves, period. And that's what builds a champion's mindset. When you build momentum and faith in something, whether it be yourself, God, the football, I don't know. But you believe that something is going to happen so much and you've put in the work over the years. I mean, these, these athletes have worked decades to get to this level. So they've built the momentum. And that compounding momentum over time continues to create more belief in themselves or God because they see the effects of it. That's the difference maker, is building that winning champions mindset and that confidence and belief.
You know what's funny is the sports analogies are so common because they're such big names. Everyone knows Cal Ripken and these different super athletes. But this is true in business too. But think, I don't know if it's Cal Ripken or who it was, but some athlete, baseball player, pitched a perfect game and at the World Series and they said, wow, did you ever expect that to happen? And the athlete responded, said, this has already happened a thousand times in my mind this was going to happen.
Yeah, amazing, right?
Yeah, it's mind blowing. But it's true for entrepreneurs too, that we can. Our body ends up following our mind. It's more than just this spiritual manifestation. And maybe that's part of it. I get it. But I think also we start training Ourselves just to expect it. And when we say we start to expect something when we believe it so much, we just start behaving consistently with it and then it becomes inevitable.
Mind over matter.
Mind over matter. Mind over matter. Yeah. So when it comes to Whoops. I was looking at your book and I just dropped it there. It bounced, right. Your book is so great. It bounced right back into my hand.
It's greatness.
Who of all your interviews you were talking with his greatness. You were talking with a lot of people. Who's your favorite interview or guest or professor?
I mean, I would say, man, four of them. I mean, there's so many. I mean, I love. I mean the top had to be probably you first off.
Yeah.
But after, after you. There's four. I mean, gosh, there's so many that come to mind, but I'll just list a few. One is Tony Robbins. I really enjoyed doing a one on one sit down with him. And his energy is unbelievable. His presence, his energy, his connection, the way he creates relationship with his teeth. Yeah. And I mean just decades and decades of wisdom and experience was amazing out of him. So that was pretty fun. I really enjoyed this guy named Rob Bell who Time magazine named one of the top 100 most influential people in the world a few years ago. He's a spiritual pastor that was on tour last summer with Oprah and she, you know, leans on him for all of her spiritual advice and things like that. We just had a great conversation about faith and religion and spirituality and just a kind of nice discussion about it all. I really enjoyed his perspective there. And then I really liked salsa dancing with Julianne Hough. She won Dancing with the Stars and you know, performer, actress, that was a lot of fun to hear. Hear her story and salsa dance with a world champion. And then I would also say that Scooter Braun was a lot of fun. That's the guy who found Justin Bieber on YouTube and built him up to the biggest superstar in the world. Hearing that story about how he found him when he was 25 years old and Justin was like 12 or something. And the, you know, how to convince everyone in the music industry for years that he was going to be big and hustling around the country, going to every radio station, just having Justin perform one at a time to win people over. The amount of hustle and belief he had in this one kid who no one knew about was unbelievable. And how it built up literally the biggest sensation in probably the last, I don't know, three, four decades in terms of Sales reach following number one hits, all those things. So those were fun conversations. Yeah, yeah.
I mean, there's three names you hear circulating nowadays. Justin Bieber, Taylor Swift, and Mike Michalowicz. I mean, there you go. Yeah. So. And Lewis Howes. Actually, there's four names. Lewis, your book is about. It's a real world guide to living bigger, loving deeper. This is from your subtitle. Leaving a Legacy and Being More Financially Profitable. Where can people pick up the book? Where's the best place they should go today to get the book?
That's place on the go. They can go stores.
Oh, my.
I'm in every Amazon.
Oh, Lewis, hold on a second.
Creepy. Hold on.
Oh, you're getting digitized. Actually, I like it. Where's the best place to get. People are so curious now. Yeah, you don't edit that out, Chris. People are listening. They're like, holy cow. It's. It's so secret where they need to go. That's actually encoded slow motion. Right at the climatic moment, it goes.
Where can you get your book?
He's like, I have one more tip that will save every person on this planet.
This is the cure for every disease known to man.
Exactly. He sounds like he's wasted. You know, he sacrificed alcohol his entire athletic career only to get blitzed on our show. Louis, I'm on my fifth whisker.
My book. What book?
What? It's all a lie.
Okay. Better, Lewis? Yeah.
Oh, there we go. All right, one more time. You wouldn't believe the banter we just had. So, Louis, book is amazing. People need to pick it up today. I have my copy. There's an advantage to being an author, Christina. There's a copy in my hand prior to its release. The book's now in circulation. Where's the best place for people to pick up your book?
Yeah, you can go to Amazon.com and just type in school of greatness or lewishouse.com book will take you right to the Amazon page. You can buy a few copies there and give them to your friends. Or also, if you enjoy going to stores, Barnes and Noble everywhere in the US has it right now.
Nice.
Get the book. Get the book. It's a manifesto to your own greatness. Lewis, thanks for joining us for this show.
Thanks, guys. Appreciate it.
Thank you. Great job.
Wow.
Yes. So. And you know, so.
That was amazing.
Some people. Some people aren't gonna know what you're talking about, but some.
Well, we edited it out, but the. So here's what happened. It's the climatic moment. I say, louis, Tell us about this book where you can get it. He's like, oh, there's one place that has it for the phone just dropped. We're like, we can get the book for free. What's going on? Yeah, Slow mo. Okay, I'm sorry, what were you gonna say, Chris?
No, like this whole idea of the mental game and the belief and the confidence and this thing. People listening to this show are entrepreneurs. They have a business. They want to learn how to be more profitable. And everything Louis talked about is like the roots of being profitable. It's like you can't have a strong tree without healthy roots. And. And the men, the mental mindset and yeah, your belief structure, your level of confidence and your clarity. Everything he's talking about is, wow.
No, dude. Yeah. This is absolutely critical. I'll tell you. You pick any successful person on this planet that you point to. Say, who do you think is the most successful person in whatever category in opera, in business. Point. That person. They are skin, bones and brains. They're the exact same as you. Exactly the same as you. It's really just mastering our own mental conversation and talking about a mental conversation. Let's talk about our sponsors, please, before.
We get into more takeaways that we got, right?
Yes. So Fundera one stop shop for funding, go to fundera.com they can help you get a loan or funding for any aspect of your business and they'll do all the shopping for you. So you don't go to all these different individual banks and all that old school approach T sheets time tracking software. If you have even one employee, AKA you working there, chances are you need to track, need to track your time. Clients will want accurate reporting on it, where you were, what you were doing and so forth. If you have multiple employees, you want accurate reporting plus you need to do payroll. TSheets handles all of that, plus some. Fundbox is a way to fund your invoices. So if you've invoiced it out to clients and they're not paying in a timely manner, meaning you need the money today, but they're not going to give it to you until tomorrow, Fundbox will get the money in your hands today. They fund you based upon the invoices you have. Last but definitely not least is Nextiva. Nextiva is a voice over IP phone system and I'm actually flying out there next week to visit with them. They are growing aggressively and starting to have an international presence. That may not mean much to you. It just means they're extremely successful because they're Doing a great job. That's why you should consider nextiva voice over IP for your phones. It's a full blown phone system. For the cost of a voice over IP phone system, it's a no brainer.
Nice. Thank you to our corporate partners. We love you guys.
Yeah. Thank you. Thank you for supporting stuff like this. One more takeaway. We'll start with Christina. What's your one takeaway?
Finding your perfect day. Going into nature. Disconnecting from society so that you can reconnect with your soul and what you want.
Yep. Chris, I need to ask yours because I'm looking at notes from a different show. I'm like, this makes no sense.
Yeah. The perfect day exercise, you know, like you said, Christina. But I was thinking you can do it focused on your business. Like, what is your perfect day in your business? And the other thing that he really said that was great. Or that he said that was really great. We know he really said it because you heard him. But how to frame and use your failures. And this is something, you know, Louis got to sit down with Tony Robbins. And I never met Tony Robbins yet, but I remember years ago, he was. He was coaching a pole vaulter, and he could. He can. He could tell the guy's attitude by his reaction when he failed. So the guy would run up with his pole vault and jump up, and he'd. You know, he wouldn't make it. He'd, like, trip or something, and he'd be like, son of a. And he'd punch the thing and. And that right there is. Is the key signature thing that, you know, his head's not right and he's not going to succeed. So Tony told him, hey, when you go up and you trip and you fall, I want you to fall down and stand up and say, yes, I failed again. Now I'm gonna do it again. I'm gonna do it. So how you frame your failures and use your failures in your business and with regards to being profitable is super important.
Well, you kind of got to give it to that pole vaulter. I mean, for God's sake, he couldn't even get to the pole vault. He kept on tripping and falling. That's pretty pathetic. I kid because I care. I thought the coolest thing I learned from Louis was the ask your friends strategy. He says, go to your friends and say, what am I great at? I think the perspective you'll get will be amazing.
What if they say no? Nothing, really.
You know, one thing. I suggest you stop pole vaulting. You always trip. You suck. Yeah. Then. Then maybe you shouldn't be a pole vault.
You blow your nose a lot. I mean, really.
