Mike Richards (treasury recruiter) asks whether professionals are truly open to new roles, using a conference-hand-raise anecdote: roughly one in ten will openly signal job-seeking, but when approached with the right opportunity 90% of the remaining silent majority would respond. He emphasizes that top treasury candidates often aren’t actively updating LinkedIn because they are busy in their roles, so recruiters exist to surface that hidden talent. He offers to advise on LinkedIn/resume positioning and gives a direct contact (mike@treasuryrecruitment.com).
