Empowering the Treasury Team: A Vision of Leadership and Entrepreneurship

The question is what role does treasury play today? And I think you need a vision and you have to motivate your team. And we have just one slogan at about you. This is just stay hungry and act as an entrepreneur. Because this is just a great chance to give your teammates the chance to act as an entrepreneur and give them the feeling that they are just very valuable. I also got the experience there were just coming new leaders. They just say this is not okay and this is bad and you have to just make this new and this is not good. And I think overall this is not the right approach. I think the human capital is the most valuable thing which you have also in Treasury. And I think it's also key to keep the focus on international teammates because coming from different cultures to just get different views on things. I think different cultures have different ways to solve a problem. My advice is don't control your teammates. Give them the feeling that you trust them and that they are part of a very big process.
