This is a YouTube video titled "Forrest Cebold - Navigating Employee Development in Remote Work" containing a talk by Forrest Cebold from August 21, 2023, discussing challenges and recommendations for employee development and management skills in remote work environments.

My recommendations are you have to focus more now on employee development, both in terms of management skills, their management skills and knowledge transfer, because it's much easier to develop employees and develop talent needed on a face to face basis. I think the biggest issue with talent people going forward is it's much harder to develop people and mentor people remotely. And it's not just true, it's treasury. That's true in academia too. Right. All sorts of studies have done where people are more effective when they're in the classroom.
