Yeah, very similar in terms of the fact that I'm still here at treasurer at Freeport lng, things continue to go well. One thing that I think has really evolved here is I think there's been a pretty significant shift in the way people view the workplace. Right. Yeah. I think we've. Since COVID everybody worked remotely as much as possible, certainly in the terrific functions or financial functions. So that really caused a bit of a shift. Like I said, the way that now you have to kind of look at your career because before you had so much more FaceTime, if you will, with people in the office and also, quite frankly, people out of the office because a lot of bankers and other financial professionals that would often call on you or visit your office, that was greatly reduced and it hasn't picked back up to the level it was three, four or five years ago before the pandemic, and I'm not sure it ever will because they're working remotely a little more than they used to.
