This is a YouTube video titled "How The Podcast Has Helped Us Become Market Leaders In Our Niche!" containing a conversation recorded in December 2023. The discussion features Mike Richards and another speaker talking about how their podcast has elevated their status and positioned them as industry leaders in treasury recruitment by providing valuable content and engaging global treasurers.

The podcast has elevated you in the industry, obviously, made you well known and made cemented.
What the podcast has done for us is made us. We were already trying to be an industry leader within treasury recruitment. We wanted to be out there where others might follow and things like that. When I talk to clients, candidates talk to the competition as well. They go, oh, God, your podcast is just amazing because get all the amazing guests, and we talk to global treasurers, and it positions us at the front of our industry, rather than doing a webinar or trying to do something. Because the podcast is there each and every week. It's in their consciousness without us having to sell, because we're not it's content and we're providing a service by doing that, people then come along and want to buy from us, rather than us having to settle the top.
