Delighted to be joined by Andrea Paulis, the executive VP and group treasurer at CNH Industrial. Now for those of you who don't know, C and H Industrial are a global leader in capital goods that implement design, manufacture, distribution in commercial and financial activities in international markets. And everyone's like, oh, what really what that means is they've got 12 brands and they make the vehicles that keep both agriculture and industry growing. So from tractors, combines, trucks, buses, powertrain solutions, big vehicles, basically you've got massive manufacturer, 66 manufacturing plants, 64,000 people employed. And Andrea will tell us a lot more about that and how he first got started when he joined.
