Joel Yule. Yeah, I have two that I'll call out. The first one's at the top. I think this is probably one of the most challenging things in a hybrid environment is be present. Like whether you're on a zoom call, whether you're in an office, whether you're working remotely or you're with people. Be in the moment. Put your phone down, close your computer, listen carefully, get engaged in the conversation and have meaningful, thoughtful things that you can add into the conversation. I think we have gotten so used to having our phones in front of our face. I'll have a conversation with my college kids and they have their phone in their face the entire time I'm talking to them. And they're not present, right. They're not hearing everything I'm saying. I'm guilty of this with my wife as well, as many of you probably are, if I'm just completely honest. Completely honest. But I think being present and in the moment is a skill that we have lost, and I think it's really important to do that. And then lastly, the second to last one is, you know, especially when you're working remotely, challenge yourself to learn something new, not just when it's convenient. Do it consistently every day. Learn something new. Push yourself forward. I say this to our younger staff all the time. Don't just go learn something when it's convenient because we have a meeting in an hour and you want to dazzle me with your knowledge and experience. Learn consistently over time. Don't just do it when it's convenient or it's going to look good in front of somebody that you're trying to impress. If you push yourself to learn consistently over time, you will be successful in your career. Success will come. But if you don't, and you just lean into it when you need it, you're going to have a really hard time. 10, 15 years down the road of having substantive knowledge that you can add into your company to create value.
