I think it's really important, like I mentioned earlier, to be in control of your career. You have to know what you want. It's not the company's responsibility to guide your career and to get you where you want to. So that is just saying you need to take risks on yourself, you need to bet on yourself and you need to stand up for yourself in your career. Only you're going to be able to do that. You need to have a funny bone. And I think that's probably where I excel. That's how I live my life is through humor. It's how I get through tough situations. But I think it also diffuses a lot of situations and it's, it just is who I am. And then you also importantly need to have a wishbone. I think you have to have that area of your life where there's something you just really enjoy. It's your passion, it's what you want to become one day.
