This is a YouTube video titled "Mike talks about clients needing to change their own attitudes to remote work" featuring Mike Richards speaking in November 2023. In this talk, Mike addresses an audience of treasurers and career professionals, discussing challenges in hiring and remote work, emphasizing the need for candidates and clients to adapt their perspectives.

Now, we've got a mixed audience here. Some of you are coming up throughout your careers, but a lot of you are treasurers. And I was being asked when I did the New York conference, they said, what are you seeing as the biggest problem with hiring? What are you seeing the biggest problem for remote work and everything else? And I just literally pointed and said, it's you. And it was like, what? And I was like, look, it's not about you anymore. And I wrote an article a number of years ago, it being about, you know, candidates. You have the power. If you are looking, seeking a new role, if you're looking for something else, you know, because, you know, you don't. You vote with your feet. If you see.
