Hey Treasury Community, this is Joe Grabowski with the Treasury Recruitment company and I'm here to talk to you about a senior treasury manager role with one of our clients. This role is actually located in Phoenix, Arizona. The client is located in Europe and they're in the process of expanding their financial operations into the us so they are looking for someone who's local to Phoenix. They're not open to remote work for this role. It will be the most senior level treasury role within the US team. It's reporting directly into the EVP of finance, but you'll have a dotted line reporting structure into the group treasurer who's located over in Europe. Now what they're looking for is someone who does come from the industrial or the manufacturing space. Someone who has set up treasury operations from the ground up. We're talking policies and procedures. They're looking for a background of someone who has cash management, cash forecasting, has managed debt instruments because you will be a part of new capital raises. They are looking for someone who does have some experience with fx, just some basic cash flow hedging with US Dollars and Euro. If you have experience with commodity hedging, that's a bonus. It's not required. And in addition, you'll be responsible for managing corporate insurance policies as well. They do have an external vendor that they're working with, but you'll be the point of contact and eventually they look to bring that in house. They do not have a TMS in place. They are in the process of implementing TIS and they do have SAP in place already. Now for this role, they're looking to pay a base salary of $150,000 to $180,000. There is bonus potential of 10 to 15%. On top of that, they are looking to hire as soon as possible.
