Watch on YouTube

This is a YouTube video titled "Showtime Tip 4 Show Loyalty to Your Current Employer" featuring Mike Richards giving advice on how to positively frame reasons for leaving a current job, emphasizing loyalty and focusing on the new opportunity rather than negativity about the old role. The content is from March 8, 2018.

Foreign assist. Oh. Oh, yeah. Number four. Well, ever your reason for leaving a current role, do try to be loyal to your current employer. Have positive reasons for leaving. You can explain them. They. It could be there's a lack of progression where you are, but being 100% negative is only going to mark you down as perhaps a negative individual. And that's not what you want. Try to focus on why you want to join the new company rather than leaving the old one.
