So welcome to Euro Finance in Barcelona. It's been a great conference, final day, you're joining us. Number of people we've been talking to about the market, they've been asking, what's the market doing? What's everything happening? Well, it's been interesting. So Craig in the UK, Craig Perkins connecting on LinkedIn, been mega busy, carried on all the way through the summer, thought we get a break, we didn't. Very busy at the operational level. So treasury analyst manager, very busy, more senior level, couple of placements, treasurer level. But that's starting to pick up now as we come out in the summer, people are starting to move around. Fantastic. Now, Katie, who covers our European division, she's been much quieter, but that's a product of the summer, if you like. So, well, people have been away, you know, on the beach and having great holiday, you deserve it. But now you're back, it's getting a lot busier. So main areas, just looking at my notes to make sure I get it. Germany, the Netherlands has been retained on a number of roles actually in the Nordics. For myself, in terms of the us, that's where I've been covering a lot of my time. I was at the New York Cash Exchange last week. We've been talking to a couple of clients, three in fact, who've been recruiting recently. They've gone on LinkedIn. Each of them had over 100 responses, got to the end of the process, nothing. They actually didn't get people. Why? Because they're looking at the active people who are looking for jobs, not always the best talent. We've been tapping into the passive talent, the people who are looking for a role through us, not necessarily out there.
