So at tibco, when I was hired, they had never had anybody in treasury before. They'd never had a Treasury. So I was the first Treasury. Oh, wow. It was more, as you can imagine, in a lot of companies that don't have treasury, like, it's all disaggregated. So you have accounting team is doing some stuff, legal, sometimes is doing things on insurance. So if nobody owns the entire treasury sphere, so to speak. And so for me, when like, trying to get in and figure out like, hey, okay, what does good look like? Really working with a lot of internal teams, trying to figure out like, hey, what's the business model? What drives the business? And then understanding is like, where are we trying to go as a business too? And trying to build just a Treasury infrastructure that can help support that. And that's what I was really focused on at TikTok. And it was great being the first treasury person because you get to be in everything, whether it was on the cash side, on investments or FX or insurance, got to do everything and which was great. I learned a ton in that role.
