Could you start by telling me a little bit about the idea to start the podcast, why you did it, and what the main sort of objectives were when you started it?
Yeah. So the original origin story, if you like, of our podcast was I thought about doing a podcast about 10, 12 years ago, when podcast was first ever starting. Thought about doing about recruitment. After about five minutes, I thought, that's a stupid idea, because if I did four or five episodes about recruitment, I do it all day long and then talk about it on a podcast as well. I thought, not sure I can do that. So I came back to the idea at a later stage. I met with Amy, actually. We were both being mentored by Chris Ducker from. Chris was telling us about different ways to do marketing, different ideas. He himself had a great podcast I always listened to, and we were exploring some of the ideas and I thought, oh, I could talk to my clients. And I thought maybe we'd have about 10 conversations, do a feature episodes and things like that. That was four and a half years ago, 275 episodes ago. And we. I've spoken to now global treasurers from around the world about their treasury careers. Each and every week on the Treasury Career Corner, I talk to treasurers about how they start in their careers, where they are now, and where they see both themselves and the treasury profession going to next. And then we also talk about other future issues and things like that, things they might be struggling with or whether it. And sometimes we touch on recruitment, but a lot of the time it's their pains and issues, their headaches, if you like. And we discussed that for half an hour, 40 minutes. We've hit 118,000 downloads globally and it just continues to grow and grow.
