I wanted to send you a quick video message to say I would love to meet you if you're attending any of the conferences throughout the rest of this year. Maybe you'll be at the International Treasury Management Conference in Barcelona at the beginning of October, or the AFP conference in San Diego in the us. We're then heading off onto back to the UK for a couple of London conferences with iqpc, then off to Belgium for their Belgian Treasurers Conference before finishing the year back in London with a couple more just to really round out 2017. I surprised the audience by spending my time teaching them about mentoring their treasury team to enable them to achieve their personal career goals through coaching. In this way, they could retain and encourage their treasury talent to stay for far longer in the process. This delivers greater results for their companies, for you as their mentors and for them as treasury professionals. If people did leave, it was seen in a positive way by all, as they were able to develop and achieve their own career goals with your support rather than without it.
