Foreign. So I'm pleased to say it's back. What I hear you ask. Well, of course, it's the salary survey. That's right. Our global treasury salary survey. People have said to me, mike, why bother? Well, it's what you guys ask me every week, Mike, do you think I'm underpaid? Is my salary market rate? Is it? What can I earn by making my next move? And this is our way of answering all your questions, whether you BE in the U.S. you're in Europe, the Middle east, or over as far afield as Asia Pacific. Are salary service truly global? We tell you what all your peers are being paid and are you keeping up with them? People ask me, they say, mike, what gives you the right to talk about salaries? Well, we're global treasury recruiters, and I run the only truly global treasury recruitment company in the world. We recruit at all levels, from treasury analyst up to global treasurer. So it means that our survey can do the exact same thing, too. So I used to work for a rather large recruiter many years ago. If you want to check out my LinkedIn profile, you can probably guess who it is. Anyway, we were told we were going to do our international salary survey. Yes, this is great. I thought, great market intelligence really helped my candidates and clients alike. I said, great. What amazing research are we going to do? How many candidates are we going to speak to? How are we going to do it? That's when they dropped the bombshell. I was like, what? They said, mike, no one. So what? How many? No one said, so. Well, you know the salaries of treasury candidates, right? I was like, yeah. What would you say is the lowest salary of a Treasury manager in, in London or in France on our database? I was like, well, £35,000 equivalent or. They were like, what's the highest? I was like, 60, 30. Okay, that's our range. I thought, what. What bonus do you think they're going to get this year? They were going about 10% in the middle. I said, yeah, 5 to 15. 10%. That's the median. They said. I was like, that's not. That's what. That's not a survey. That's just lies. Anyway, that started me on the journey to create what I now know to be the best and only global treasury survey on the planet. It's objective, it's real. It's about how much you, as treasury professionals are actually being paid. We analyze exact salaries, real salaries. We look at other factors in your package, like bonus, pension, benefits. We then ask you how you're feeling about it. We want to know how you're feeling about those packages. Are you happy? If you're frustrated, obviously you can be talking to us, no problem. But these have been some challenging economic times past few years. And when you call us, you actually know that you're getting real advice. Also, we ask people to give their real names because we verify your data. One of our competitors doesn't even ask for people's names in their survey. How can that help you? It could just be made up.
