A short conversational transcript (YouTube #shorts) featuring Mike Koenigs and another speaker discussing use of AI agents in business. They describe multiple agents that have ‘digested’ prior conversations and content, running in the background to produce content and help make decisions rather than relying on single prompt–response interactions.

Your partner, plus you guys gave us lots of stuff, and that helped us make more decisions. But what was your experience just seeing the agents running in the background and producing content where you're not just going, prompt a result, Prompt the result.
Yeah. And I think that's the key is either having a lot of the work already set up for yourself and your business, or beginning to take the time to do that. For me, it was a new thing. I started doing that in the two weeks coming down here. I set up my own voice, you know, in AI, so now I can deliver things in my voice. I did a whole actual personal health and medical screening and custom results for me, custom supplements. So I think. I think the way I currently think of AI and this may not reflect, you know, what your audience thinks of them or other people's experiences, but my experience is, I think of AI is kind of like the 10, 80, 10, where you put in 10%, which is key, because I think some people think, oh, they hear AI, Oh, I can just put this stuff in, I'm golden. No, you need to put 10% of the work in, which is significant. Like, you have to build things, you have to build models, you have to build them well, and then the AI does the 80%, and then you still have to come back and do significant 10% work at the end. But when you combine all that, you're doing 20% of what it used to take, like, and that's going to change. Those percentages will vary based on the product and the deliverable, but that's roughly how I perceive it.
