Arthur Hood, a Dallas real estate developer, shares how he's adopted AI tools in his businesses and what he learned about implementing them effectively. He discusses the challenges of getting started and why understanding AI matters for entrepreneurs.
The AI accelerator. I think he's got the best team put together to understand it and a program that you can implement with your team and they have the people to answer the resources and he works with the people well. So I think from that standpoint, it's great. I am Arthur Hood. I live in Dallas, Texas. Primarily a real estate developer and entrepreneur in multiple businesses, including manufacturing, some entertainment, bar, nightclub spaces, very large storage developer, and then also land development, entitlement, home building. So kind of across the spectrum, my greatest struggle with AI has been the fact that I'm not going to pick up the computer and do a fucking thing. So my biggest struggle with AI is getting enough of an understanding of it to then implement someone in my business that will do it for me. If you are willing to use AI and start really understanding it and you, you take the time to use the multiple platforms that are out there and the tools that are out there, you can create some incredible investment decks, websites, assistant to yourself, basically a virtual you. There's a lot of things that you can do if you're willing to take a little time to implement them. On the front end, he has a unique speaking style. It's very personable. This is obviously a smaller group, so it's much more intimate.
