Then along the way, we had to do a bunch of our inner work in order to be able to see a bigger picture, see the bigger vision, notice the stuff that is outside the box solutions. We had to acknowledge certain things, face certain realities in the business and overcome a lot of internal challenges. We have to overcome the resistance to change from the staff, from the team, and add the right people and let go of the right ones and build out of that difficult situation. We used it as a foundational moment to take things to the right place and eventually enable our exit.
