All right, we are here. We are well lubricated. I'm going to explain what we. What we're doing here, which is I am showing you how I do deep research on a prospect based on all of their details, which all I need is a website, LinkedIn, and a whole series of prompts. I'm going to show you the prompts, I'm going to show you how this works. And right now, just so you know, this thing is actually doing the research, so it is learning everything it can about the guy you're going to be talking to in a couple of days. So I'm going to begin by I'll just show you the tools and know that I built all this in near real time, like minutes ago. And I'm going to go through the GPT that is building this thing. So.
I'll show you how I built all the stuff you need in Manus. All right? So first of all, here's the Persona, your GPT4045 deep research, expert level assistant, specializing in prospect research, ideal customer profile evaluation, personalized proposal writing for sales and marketing purposes. Your goal is to deeply understand a prospect, Prospects, backgrounds, knees in alignment, yada yada, yada. So, prospects, we just sent them that the offer, which I used Manus to do. So I just loaded all your data, and right before we sat down here.
I had it. I gave it a couple commands, all right?
One of them was give me detail. Okay? Give me a detailed proposal and offer for Jonathan Friedman's offer based on his process and system and experience that he provides. Okay? Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. Okay, this is a proposal based on all of our history, everything we've been doing over the past three days. Okay? Now.
So it built it liminal framework, deliverables, investment structure, client testimonials, next steps. Okay, then give me a detailed sales letter that speaks directly to John Friedman's ideal customer profile. Okay? Boom. It wrote a letter.
What if your home could tell your story? I mean, it did a great job. Now.
Before that, I also did an ideal customer profile, icp. Give me a detailed ideal customer profile for Jonathan Friedman. I just talked to it. So this thing said, here's the financial profile, net worth 10 million plus, annual income, liquid assets, life.
Background, demographic locations, psychographics. Okay? And I just saved all these things. I mean, it just made it up based on all the conversations we've had. Business exit, family milestone, age milestone, health, event, land acquisition situations, exposure triggers. I mean, this is like, holy crap, there's no way we could have just made this Shit up. This, by the way, is weeks of work.
Oh, of course, yeah, yeah.
And you maybe capture 20% of it.
30%. It's going to be good enough. And then here's a sales letter. All right, so I saved all these as text files. Now I'm going to show you.
All right, these are the prompts that make this go. So this is what I've been working on forever. So I have a whole bunch of shit. And you refer the collaborator, the core offer, the secondary offer, the sales letter.
So these are ICP and so sorry. So these have been pre created by you for these very tasks?
Yeah.
Okay.
Yep. Now the prompts are the most important thing. So these are. I'm the collaborator. I have full permission. I want to collaborate, to go their business, their background in depth.
So these are basically better future self deep insights. So some of these might not nail it because I just realized that I've got my collaborator in here and hopefully it won't make it about me, it'll make it about you.
That could be a flaw, but we're going to find out what happens. So these are all of the.
Details.
I have it write a proposal generating output.
And there's every chance that I have to modify this. So I'm going to.
I might have to copy this and go back to Manus and say.
Modify this prompt so it.
Integrates all of Jonathan Friedman's details instead of Mike Koenig's and his.
Website and offer and details.
Okay.
So let's see what it comes up with. Again, I may have to just modify this really quickly, which is in a master document right here in Props. So I. It's entirely possible.
That as soon as it pumps that, I'm going to put your in there.
Okay. And then rerun it.
Yep.
All right.
So in the meantime, let's just see if it overrode it in the chat GPT.
So all I do is I take that initial prompt, attach the files.
Okay. So you know, and you have to turn on deep research. And this just works in chat GPT 4.5. So going back.
I'll take this. That's this, this.
And you can get four of these running at the time, same time.
Boom.
Boom. I mean, this is the ultimate cheat code. It's so good. I don't want anyone to know about it.
And. And yet you are teaching it.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Okay, so I'll. I'll fix the prompts as soon as we have the thing from Manus.
Let's see what Manus is doing here.
Okay.
Architecture Is it liminal architect? No, that's not right.
No.
What is it liminal?
Oh, it's LMNL design. There is a liminal architecture in Australia. That's what.
Oh, nail.
Okay, so.
It'S a husband and wife team.
It's yeah, LMNL design.
Okay.
L m n n l dot design. Yep.
Perfect. Okay, so.
Oops, I got a prompts.
Export this as a CSV.
Place. All right, now.
We should be good to go.
Next. Go back over here.
To our friendly neighbor chat GPT upload.
Okay.
Now let's let that go.
In the meantime, let's just check and see what it came up with Anyway.
All right. 19 sources. So it's still looking at all this.
In my experience it takes about 10, 15 minutes and I have got gold. So let me show you.
Let's just take a look at one.
This is so valuable and powerful.
Oh, so here's someone that I met with.
So what I do is I create this branded report.
It's got my face on it. Here's the session.
And we put links in here ahead of time. So I've got the link to this monster document. Testimonial video replay of our call which is done with fathom.
Oh, okay.
So this is issued after, after we meet.
I don't give it to him until after we've met. So this is what he filled out. His name, last name, phone number, his company, how many years? So these are the questions. Email, website, how many years total annual revenue, revenue goal. So just pick. Okay. How is it delivered? Makes it different. If we were to meet three years from today. This is a Dan Sullivan question. What do you want to accomplish?
So you've got him filling it pre screening, filling it out before.
Yeah, I don't have to ask the questions then. And then it processes this stuff, right?
Yeah, I like that a lot more.
It's great.
Yeah.
It means they have to work. If they don't fill out the form, they don't meet.
And you've taken an hour phone call and made it a half an hour phone call.
I can get through this in 20 minutes.
Right.
And then I'm straight into the pitch.
And people like this because they can.
No, no time wasted. We're going to process your stuff with AI. So here's. Okay, so what are your non negotiable personal brand values? Who do you want to be a hero to? What's your brand promises, transformation. You provide marketing channels. So again you have to ask them questions. All right, so.
Now what I do here, here's the target audience. So this is for him. His ICP target audience. Ideal customer profile summary. 15 minute recap. Okay. Psychological and personality insights. Core strengths. Potential blind spots. Predicted personality test results. Boom.
Oh, so this is the personality profile that you were telling me about.
That's AI synthesizes it. Wow. Strategic recommendations. His who's to make him better. Deep psychological truths. Profound existential anxiety around insignificance and mortality. Subconscious hero complex. Deep emotional isolation. Secret internal fear of irrelevance. Trends towards emotional rigidity. His future self. This is what he's saying to himself. His goals, next steps, mindsets, key measurements, talking points. Honor his achievements. Empathically address emotional blind spots. Excite him about growth opportunities. And all these are nuts. On. Okay, now look at this thing. There's this background. This is a 108 page document.
Wow.
Okay, that's pretty powerful. Yeah. So I just have to glance at this and I'm like, okay, his business networks. Now you know who he's got in his back pocket, Right. Who he's built relationships with over the past 20, 25 years. Trajectory. Okay, so we'll keep on going here. All right. 10 action steps to make this vision real. Okay, so. Okay. Profound sense of duty and legacy. Fear of losing control. This guy's 70 years old. Need for external validation over identification with work is self worth. All this is true.
How he can address his insights based.
On your conversations with you.
Yeah. When I was there. I'm like, this is all true. And I know this guy because he's been in one of our programs. Personal gaps. But even if I didn't have it right. Okay.
Unfiltered insights.
Quite unbelievable.
Yeah. Avoidance of genuine introspective. I mean, it's like, holy. I was armed to the teeth. Yeah. I didn't even dig into the. Yeah, yeah. Okay. How you can integrate these. Okay, so I just look for stuff that will help us. Final thought, predicted assessment. Okay, there we go.
Go.
All right. Myers, Briggs, Clifton. Strengths. Ray, Dalios, Hogan. Print.
Ocean.
I mean, it was like godamn.
And you're sharing this with him after your phone call?
After. Yeah, yeah. Action plan to get him there.
Like. And you don't have to share this, but then I have a catalog of my services.
Absolutely. You. You've done something for him.
Yeah.
Or you've created value.
The reciprocity. His. His video with this was like, I got more out of this than I've gotten from anything else. All right, so let's see here.
All right, so here's your report. Let's Just check him out.
Sure.
So. So the same exercise that you ran on that gentleman.
Yeah, I just ran it for you.
Okay, let's see what it's.
Let us check it out. So.
And I've done all the NTP or, you know, done all that stuff recently, the Kobe and everything for, you know, this section.
Be interesting to compare it.
Okay. So I'll give you this.
I'm going to put it up here.
I'm going to share this with you.
Editor, copy link. Boom.
All right, let's just check them out. Yeah. All right.
Business development.
Strategist. Entrepreneur.
Career.
High tech media content license. Startup. Ndbd. Deal. Momentum.
Okay.
Doctorate, Law.
Great.
And personal life. Adventurous individual. Avid surfer, Ocean jiu jitsu.
West coast lifestyle. Okay, that's good.
I. I just, I know he's in Mexico half the time, so that's something that we should.
All right. Yeah.
Yeah. Mexico City.
All right.
Investor results on. Okay. Big picture thinker.
Risk taker. There's no more comfortable chaos.
Yep.
Personal growth.
Okay.
I. I would. I would say yes and no to some of that stuff. Conversations I've had with him. I know that his.
This is why you have to record all your conversations and feed it into this and say, use these. I have a whole thing for capturing the conversations.
Right, right. Yeah.
Right.
Successful. And again, I. I whipped up all the things that make this true in minutes with our back things. So you've got right now either.
The tool we built inside.
NotebookLM.
Sorry, just go back here. Relationship to space and architecture. I don't know why that's showing up.
Well, it's because it created all this stuff for you.
Yeah. Interesting luxury.
Wants deeper meaning. Frustrating experience with our Gideon. But.
Oh, but based on my website and based on who I am, you're saying that.
Yeah. This is. This is merging you and him.
That's right. It's aligning. It's finding things that are important to me with him.
Look at this. Okay. Personalized proposal. What if the spaces you call home can tell your story, your true story, for generations to come? Great venture. Again, this is just.
Based on. I whipped up something literally five minutes before we came in here. Imagine 30 years from now. So this is very personal versus the business side. So you'd have to tune this a little bit.
Well, I actually do have his business proposal. Or for the great.
You could feed this in.
That's what I'm saying.
Yeah.
What he's trying to do in Baja.
He.
Yep. Liminal architecture. Where your story becomes structure, body or narrative. Create social hearts, bridge Present and future, uncompromising.
Patron artists.
Amazing. Yeah.
There's so much good stuff here.
Concept workshop.
Now taking through the process.
Yep. Orchestrate.
Actualize.
Yeah.
But at least this is. It helps you huge think through, like, what to do next or questions to.
Ask or, you know, or.
Yeah, I mean, at least you're a little bit further along. This is 21 pages compared to my normal 100, but.
Better than you had.
Yeah.
How long did that take?
Minutes.
All right, so let's. Let's talk. Tell me what you learned and what you saw here. And then.
So what I gave you.
Inside, this is.
Everything. So I gave you the. Just go back to that.
And I just want to ask a question there. Like, you know, what's the purpose of this conversation now? Like, I just want to protect the identity of this individual.
Oh, this is only for you.
Oh, okay.
I'm not going to share this. This is purely. Okay, thanks.
Yeah.
Just want to clarify. Yeah.
So I gave you a prompt right there.
Yeah.
Okay. And what I used to build this.
Is Manus, which I have been training with all your content. So the way it works is if I did a new task, I would be like, you know, I attached. And you can see the directory here.
Does Manisk retain, like, when you say training.
Yeah.
Like there's an ongoing profile of me, let's say. Or you're rebuilding it every time.
I've been building it the whole time we've been together. So here's what I have. I have all of our OTTER transcripts, your deck.
I built an icp.
I created your book. And the framing for the book, your onboarding, all the information that we've collected, plus the Manus content, which is a bunch of stuff. So I uploaded all this and then from that stuff, I told it, build the icp, build the proposal. So it's only what we fed it. So.
But it basically like every time that we create more content or more stuff about me, it simply adds to that information.
It's basically all your original content, plus the synthetic that it builds.
Based on that, you know what's going to happen if it hasn't happened already, but there's going to, like, the software will retain that information and basically in real time update itself as soon as more information on the web comes on board or comes alive.
Yeah, that's already happened.
Oh, is it?
Yeah, doesn't surprise. And then.
I'll show you something here.
So I have two places where we've trained with your content. So this is your notebook.
Right.
And it's Got.
This thing here. Who says architecture is boring? The Walrus.
This is the Manus content, which hasn't been. But this is what I built on you a while ago.
Here's your deck. Holos gusto. So all your stuff, this is what we loaded up whenever we.
Let me see here.
So all the articles.
Yeah. So this is your onboarding questionnaire. So as of today, what I'm going to do, if you take a look at this, it's saying checking freshness. I click click to sync. This is like 300 pages of stuff. Everything we've made in here is in here. Then I'm going to say refresh with all of our auto transcripts. It'll be three days worth of stuff. And our onboarding. So we've trained this thing with everything you and I have built over the past.
Three days plus three however many months.
Right, right.
And you know we can ask this just about anything. So we could say.
I want you to create an ideal customer profile ICP based on all this information and all of the not notes and transcripts we've provided so far.
And I can use this to write our book again. But this is how I've written your book is I just talk to it.
Yeah.
Okay, there it is. So it's pretty, this is pretty consistent with the last thing. And then I can take this, copy it, go to our.
So again, here's our proposal, here's our sales letter.
Here'S our acp. So again, this is pretty accurate. I think Manus built a more detailed one.
And this is, this is Manus.
Yeah, Manus built this. Manus I found is a lot smarter than chat, than chat, GPT or, or rather than notebook. Manus is the smartest AI I've witnessed so far. This is the thing that's been running in the background that's been building scripts, the TED Talk, this pitch stuff. It's mind blowing.
Yeah, yeah.
Any questions?
No, I'm pretty blown away.
So what I'll do, right?
I just want to learn and like it's, it's a, it's a game changer.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. When you think about it, like how can you.
Okay, I'm gonna just put this in here. I'm going to put in here Brad. Brad Sorenson.
Proposal and research. Okay, so I'm going to put this bull put in the link.
Now you've got full access to that. So yeah, you can go to him. This is better than you have.
Yeah.
And if you build on top of the icp, which is just exporting your data and training manuscript, which is 200 bucks a month. Yeah.
Totally worth it. Yeah.
Mind blowing.
Yeah. All right, Any questions?
No, I really don't.
All right, Say goodbye. Bye. Bye.
Goodbye.
