Well, hello and welcome to Capability Amplifier. My name is Mike Koenigs. I'm here with Dan Sullivan. We're talking about ways that you can increase your capabilities, your thought leadership, how you can change and impact more people's lives by multiplying yourself, by being able to engage in greater, bigger opportunities. And actually find amplifiers that increase your ability to connect, create, see possibilities where they weren't possible before. And also find relationships and technology that can help accelerate you faster and leave scarcity behind. Scarcity, of course, are what keep you and put you in a place of feeling anxious and afraid and how to tap into the abundantly unique you. So, without further ado, I'm going to bring on my other host, Mr. Dan Sullivan. Dan, it's great to be here with you, sir.
Mike, just total pleasure. I made a joke last time that we're doing this outside of our day job. The more I can bring the quality of the discussion that we're having in the podcast series here into my day job, the more it won't be work. You brought up a tremendous idea last time. A lot of different synapses are going off in my brain, and it has to do with the category domination. I mean, the word domination has negative context to it, but anybody who creates some brand new capability, they're dominating a category. And the only reason why it's transformative to a lot of people is that they're dominating it enough to actually create a lot of good for other people. And I was having a conversation with a couple of my 10 times clients who were in for their workshop on Tuesday, and I said, you know, everybody's talking about Amazon. And I said, you know, the proper attitude towards Amazon is to stop worrying about it and start seeing it almost like a utility.
