So this is what it did with nothing more than a website link. Okay. And I'm just showing the website while it's talking.
Have you heard about this company, Advanced Longevity? They're saying they could help people live to 100. Like actually live to 100, not just, you know, tossing it out there as a possibility.
Living to 100. Well, that's a bold claim.
It is possible with, like, a high school kid could make a animated feature film that looks and sounds good with 100% synthetic characters. Our definition of what is inhumane will change over time. And there are jobs we'll look back at and go, God, humans never should have done that.
We're going to take you on a journey, and it is my hope that this journey gives you a reality check that will be profound, opens your mind to things you may not have really thought you could address and accomplish, and gives you some shortcuts you've never thought were possible.
Hel, welcome. And I am probably more excited today than I've been in many, many, many, many months of interviewing and interacting with people. We have today. Somebody who I think is going to permanently catalyze your thinking of what's possible for you, for your business, for well beyond your business. He's a very, very seminal thinker. He's a fabulous technologist. He's a very, very skilled marketer. He's a multiplicity of capabilities. I'm calling him the Swiss army knife of business performance. But I need to quote some things, so bear with me. Peter Diamandis, who is on the cutting edge of technological and, and, and, and medical breakthroughs, calls Mike Koenigs the arsonist of the mind. Think about that. He electrifies your mind. He ignites it. Tony Robbins says, mike is an extraordinary man. He's brought me insights on how to reach people.
Online through digital social media. That is invaluable. And Tony is not somebody that gives compliments very, very easily. I have known him for many, many years. I've never known anybody to say anything derogatory. I have seen him achieve some rather herculean feats in all kinds of endeavors. He has helped many, many, many entrepreneurs in a very diverse spectrum. He is somebody who is very solidly and very high integrity on the front lines of understanding the true benefit, application, and possibilities of AI to an entrepreneur, not to a huge SaaS company, but to an entrepreneur. And I ask him today to cut through the you know what and give us the real truth as he sees it. We're going to call this the. The AI world according To Mike. And we're going to take you on a journey. And it is my hope that this journey gives you a reality check that will be profound, opens your mind to things you may not have really thought you could address and accomplish, and gives you some shortcuts you've never thought were possible. So, Mike, hello, welcome. Oh, by the way, Mike is an author of many books, and he'll tell you about two of his newest ones towards the end. And I think you'll be very impressed with his thinking. But how are you?
Hi. It's. I'm. I'm really great, Jay. It's so nice to be here with you and I'm really excited. Thank you for the kind words. And I know before we got started today, we were just talking about all the possibilities and you just said it really well, which is how do we cut through the noise? And typically the way I cut through the noise is I like to do what we call the razzle dazzle first, meaning show some really practical, tactical things that are like, here is technology now. Here's AI now. But more importantly, I don't show anything unless there's a real live commercial application you can use right now that will make you money.
And I will start out. Go ahead.
I was going to say so, but again, let's talk about off camera. Mike and I had a very serious conversation and I said, mike, I want to give you latitude and license to run with this, because I am, and everybody knows that technology is not my skill set, it is his. But not just technology. In this esoteric, amorphous world, he deals with it for real entrepreneurs who aren't necessarily that comfortable with technology and ones that are. So I said, give us real world applications, give us the truth, give us examples, and give us inspiration. So he's got my latitude to do so. Let's get going.
Okay, good. I'm going to begin by showing a razzle dazzle demo, but then I'm going to show a unique way we use that. This last week and we met with two people. One of them was a veteran in the. In the military for over 35 years who lost a son to suicide and a financial advisor who wants to end vet suicides. And oftentimes it's because of money. And of course, there's alcoholism, all sorts of other things. So in two days, we built a business that will help alleviate not only vet suicide, but create a completely new financial vehicle for investing and creating security for those individuals. So I'm going to get to that. But I think the way to get there is to show some of the building blocks first. So with that in mind, I'm going to share my screen so you can see what I'm looking at right now. Jay and everyone else can as well. And you know, oftentimes when I'm presenting, kind of the core thing that every founder, everyone needs to know. Like if you say, how can marketing make me money today? How can AI make me money today? First of all, you need to be able to get attention, because that's the hardest thing of all to do is attention is harder now than ever. Then you got to build a platform, which means just growing an audience who pays attention to you. And you think about your career. How many years have you spent building a platform, Jay?
A lot.
Yeah, a lot, right? And then just because you have a platform doesn't mean you're profitable. So combining all those is really challenging. And I like to say in a world of three second attention spans, because all of us now are competing with TikTok and that doesn't support that. So one of the things that I like to demonstrate is, you know, if I take a current video like this, I'll just play the first part of it for you. This is real life, Mike. It's Mike Koenigs. And you're going to get brand new superpowers of the best and easiest to use AI tools that get attention and increase sales. In a world of three second attention spans, I'll show you how to make your employees more effective and efficient. Get yours and their time back every day so you'll make more money without adding more people, expense or complexity your life. Whether you're a total AI beginner or advanced user, this will work for you. Buckle up because I have 81 slides and 3600 seconds. So let's get this party started. Okay. Now I use that to frame a conversation, but one of the things that right now has been around for a little while, but I can import that into a product called hey Gen. And get this, Mike Koenigs obtendras nuevos super poderes con las mejores y mas faciles de intelligentsia artificial. I did a pretty good job. Same with French.
Okay, that's pretty impressive. And then we go on to.
I do not speak Chinese, but that, that is. Hey Jen. Now what hey Jen has just started doing is not only can you easily take like this is how simple it is. If you wanted to translate a video so we could make take all of Jay's trainings and translate it into a different language, and make it available. You know, that's pretty interesting. And it's as simple as import a video, pick a language, press confirm, and boom, in X number of minutes. It spits it out. But, Jay, the place this is going next. And by the way, that's the German.
But what they're doing now is what they call an interactive avatar, where you can upload your own face, import you into Zoom, and have a conversation with a lifelike human in real time that's rendered in real time. So basically, interactive J is here now. It's not quite good enough. It's not quite good enough, but here she is. Hi, Mike.
It's great to connect with you. I'm excited to learn more about your work and how I can assist you today. What kind of business do you have? What are some of the biggest challenges you're currently facing?
Well, I just got this book from a called your Next act, and I'm interested in reinventing myself because I recently sold my business, and I'd like to create a new business just like the one that Mike talked about in here. And I heard about the super power Accelerator.
That's awesome, Mike. Your Next act is a fantastic resource for anyone looking to reinvent themselves, especially after a significant transition like selling a business. The Superpower Accelerator is designed to help individuals like you create a whole new brand and business in a short amount of time. What specific outcomes are you hoping to achieve with this new venture? And have you thought about what challenges you might face in this process? It's also worth considering.
Okay, I'll stop it there. But here's the point, Jay. That thing is that's available right now. You can train it. I gave it. I spent 10 minutes training it on my product. Okay. I did not give it a lot of data, and if I would have spent a day, it would have learned a lot more, and I could have made an artificial mic.
So basically, we're having Zoom support help available to do. I'll say tier one customer service. Customer support is available right now, completely affordable to anyone, anywhere.
Hey, that's great. I love it.
So oftentimes now, this is another example of something. So in the past, like, every single slide in this presentation, I made myself using AI. And it literally is as easy as. And I'll show you. This is a prompt for a program. It's called ideogram. So just imagine if you were. Whether you sat with an assistant or you did it yourself if you had an idea that you wanted to spruce up your own slide deck. Now, I like to Use billboards because I think they look cool. So I create, I typed in create a billboard in a Pixar style format in front of an audience that says who uses AI or ChatGPT at the bottom of the screen display A or C. This is the result. And then all I did is I put that picture into a little program called Halo and it made that animation. Now the animation is a little goofy. It shows people coming in from outside. But right now, Jay, it is possible with like a high school kid could make a animated feature film that looks and sounds good with 100% synthetic characters. Now if someone's wondering, well, how does that affect me and why does that matter? Well, the other day, one of the things that I like to do whenever I'm working with someone and we're reinventing them, we're building a brand, I help them visualize their next future in real time. So for example, this is a prompt. Create a New York Times style best selling business book cover sitting in a retail stor. Understand that has a title and subtitle of grow your health business with ease and speed. Access super, super superpowers. Capabilities you never knew you had to get down. Okay. Anyway, use AI to grow your health business. So boom, it created multiple book covers just like that.
So the.
How long did.
I'm going to do it with you once and I'm going to show you. Okay. So we're going to create something together and, and you know, again, instead of don't tell me, show me is is always the best route. Right. In my opinion. And.
I'll bring up this, this platform, but go ahead, keep on asking me questions.
I know. So it's. I want people to realize, and I'm a perfect example because I'm techno intimidated that once you learn this, the power that is at your fingertips is enormous and it's faster than you can even imagine. Just show them.
Yep. So let's. I grabbed this prompt that I displayed a moment ago. So just for the sake of this, would you like to create a book cover and a book title? A title. Do you have something you've been thinking about for a while while.
Working on a book? It's great. It's. It's basically enjoy the process because we all know how it ends.
It's a book I've been playing with for about three years.
Okay. So when I'm working with someone, is there a title title or is that just the whole thing? The. Yeah, that's the title and subtitle.
The actual book is called the Alpha Mine. Or the Alpha Life. Life. A, L, P A. I got it.
The Alpha Life. Okay, so I'm going to hit generate and down here there's a whole bunch of different things we can do. But I just put it in automated autumn automatic mode and that little prompt, and you can see here, it says it's 16%. So it's sending those, those commands to a whole bunch of supercomputers all over the place right now.
And it is looking up, you know, it's trying to decide what does a bookstore look like? What does a book look like? Okay, so there we go. Now I gotta put your name in there. So. And then put by J. Abraham.
Okay.
Because we, we forgot the. Put your title in there. But while we're doing that, There we go. We got a couple different Alpha Life titles. I mean that's. They're not bad, right? Yeah. Okay.
Not at all. So cool.
Yeah. So here's another set that are popping up and it's going to have your name on it. But again, what I found to be successful. Okay. I don't know why that has those lips on, but you know, that looks like a seller, that looks like a bestseller. All of them do.
And it. And let's say how much, how many minutes did we just take? One and a half, two.
Barely even that. Even, even that. You know, and sometimes it might screw up. You can see it put in an extra K here. So I might want to re. Render it again. I might say I want something on the COVID.
I. It might know who you are. Show a. A hand drawn.
Image of the author, J. Abraham on the COVID Okay, that's one more. You see how nice it is to have an iterative first draft partner that can help you visualize. And I believe that as founders, us short attention span founders, we've got to keep our dopamine levels high all the time or we lose our focus and our attention. Okay. Now there's every possibility that it doesn't know what you look like, and it clearly doesn't. So. But we could swap that out.
It did what you asked based on its knowledge base.
Yep.
Yep.
So in any case.
It still is a book in a bookstore. Pretty cool, right?
It's pretty cool.
Now if you and I rift for a little while, we could create an outline, an entire draft of that book. But let me show you another layer deep because again, that's like just an example. But what I am finding and what I think the biggest opportunities right now for people is, what we want is to be able to give people Tools and resources.
That enable them to have superpowers.
And specifically, from my point of view, what that means is I want to be able to be able to be augmented with AI and be able to do things I've never been able to do, or increase my capabilities, my intelligence, my speed by 10x, which is absolutely possible with AI. So I'm going to give you some of the tools in my toolkit, expose you to some. Some tools and some thinking. Okay, let's do it. Just so I. I like to do this towards the beginning, and it was in my slide deck, so I'm going to do it now. This is a code I set up for you. Anyone who wants my AI book can get it@aiaccelerator.com free. And that'll introduce you to the thinking of AI, not just AI.
And Mike, as a courtesy to you, give us a quick tour de force of what the book entails, please.
Yeah, so what it really consists of is I started out from the point of view that I believe that AI used properly and ethically can create a massive world of abundance. It can make you two to ten times smarter, faster and more effective and take away what would be considered inhumane jobs from humans. So would you agree with me that putting human beings into a hole to dig coal is an inhumane job?
I don't admire it. No, I think it's terrible.
Yep, it's a fast way to die. Now, sitting around and copying and pasting data into a spreadsheet.
For eight hours a day.
You know, five days a week, to me, is inhumane. And you could show a computer how to do that and have a human looking over it and really focusing on what matters, which is how can we use all this data to make life better for humans. So the point being, AI, what our definition of what is inhumane will change over time. And there are jobs we'll look back at and go, God, humans never should have done that. And sitting around getting repetitive stress injury with something that a robot or an automation can handle so someone can do something creative and a mo and have a multiplier effect is more humane. So inside the book, what I really explore is how to become smarter, more efficient, how to get more done. But to think, think using a new language, and that new language is AI, and know what it can and cannot do, but also where and how to implement it as fast as possible, like in minutes.
Great.
I love it.
All right, continue, please.
All right, so this is. This is a new technology that I use for tons of different purposes. So I'm going to give you the first example, and it's how to turn any content into podcast in minutes. So, and this is a tool called NotebookLM. It's from Google. And basically the way it works is you can click on this button that says New Notebook, it'll open up, and you can upload or drag and drop sources of information, up to 50 different sources of information. And for example, I just fed it the website of one of my clients who's in the longevity business. They do it, it's called Advanced Longevity. So they're not unlike Fault in Life, but they do some deeper scans and they do different levels of care. But you basically teach it by either inserting a website or again, uploading any kind of content you want. And in moments, it digests all that content. And then if you want, you can push a button that says generate, and it will create a 100% synthetic podcast, which I'm going to play for you in a moment. But what I use it for is whenever I have, like, let's say you and I decided we're going to work on a project, Jay, and maybe we're going to work with an owner and a founder. And of course, that founder is going to want to give us years worth of content and knowledge and their marketing materials and recordings of something, maybe interviews they've done. And there's no way you and I could reasonably digest that in a short period of time. But you can feed it in the notebook and you can click buttons like briefing doc, timeline, faq, and it summarizes everything. Or better yet, it can make a short 10 minute or 20 minute podcast, summarizing all of the relevant stuff in a conversational tone. So this is what it did with nothing more than a website link. Okay. And I'm just showing the website while it's talking.
Okay.
Have you heard about this company, Advanced Longevity? They're saying they can help people live to a hundred. Like actually live to a hundred. Not just, you know, tossing it out there as a possibility.
Living to 100. Well, that's a bold claim, to say the least. Right.
And they back it up with some statistics that'll make you stop and think. Like, did you know one in five Americans has some kind of autoimmune disease?
I did know that, yes. It's a staggering figure when you think about it.
Yeah.
And it speaks to this larger trend of chronic illness that we're grappling with.
Exactly.
And then there's the whole issue of late stage cancer diagnoses. It feels like we're always playing catch up with these major health threats. So advanced longevity is all about getting ahead of the curve. Early detection, personalized health plans, cutting edge technology. They're going all in.
It's certainly a compelling message.
So basically what this can do, Jay, is a lot of people. Like, I was just talking to Joe Polish, and he says, is there any kind of a tool I get? I have so much content I try to digest, but I want to do it when I'm in my car. I get all these emails, all these things. Well, you can just feed it right into Notebook, press a button, and it'll create an interactive conversational.
Audio that you can listen to anytime, anywhere. And it's free. I've had people upload contracts into it.
Give me an example of what that would be. So I'm taking all. I'm just, I want to. I want to understand a little bit clearer. So I got all this crazy input coming all day long, and I don't even know how to process it. I put it in the notebook, it distills, it identifies, optimize it.
Yep, yep. And then it can. And then you can do anything with it. So as an example, I put like, this is. This is someone who's in our AI accelerator course. We've got a training program. And this guy says, I had used this to craft a super elegant investor conversation. So what he did did is he just imported conversations and some pitch decks into this thing and pressed a button and it had a conversation and it actually talked about things he hadn't thought of. So it actually trained him to present with more elegance. So the, the, the oper, the ways of using it, I use it now with our clients because we do these complicated onboardings when we're with them. We spent, spent two days, three days with them going back and forth, having conversations. Now I just take every transcript, I put it in there and say, summarize it for me. Tell me what the main things are that we talked about. Draft an outline of a book that encapsulates the vision, the outcome of these people. Okay, so it has numerous applications.
So let me give you another one. This is one that really I use a lot. And it was Roland Frazier who suggested I did it. So here's the prompt, and the AI we use is something called Perplexity. So the prompt says, give me a complete background dossier for Dave Asprey. Okay. And then he wants to sell me his business. So in brackets, I just say, what's the context of what we want to do now? If this were you and me, I could do this right now. I could say, give me a complete background dossier on Jay Abraham, which we'll do. And then he wants to interview me for a podcast. Okay. And then tell me everything you can about him. His personal life, interest, likes, past deals will help me build trust and engagement, negotiate positively and ethically, and then add 10 tips using Chris Foss's best negotiation strategies based on their interests and goals. With the above info, I could tell it. Then give me 10 highly relevant, interesting questions Jay Abraham should ask me. Mike Koenigs, for a podcast, we're going to talk about AI. All right. But you copy this into perplexity. You press enter, and what perplexity does is it researches everything it can find on whoever you sent to it. It gets pictures, it does a background check, tells you all the details, and then there you can see it grabbed 10 negotiation tips based upon what it learned. So how do we use this? Well, before me or Aaron, who's my director of client experience, he's with us today. Before we get on a conversation with anyone, we put together a dossier. First, I learn everything I can, and then we record our conversations and we put them in notebook. And now we've got really, really great details. And if all I do is click on copy link, boom, it actually makes a webpage with all that information on it that I can send to anyone on my team that I want to talk to that person. That's fascinating. It's not very fast. He's great. So I think my point.
Excuse me for interrupting. I've always, always been fascinated at how little preparedness anybody does for anything that's mission critical in business. Well, in life. But they just go into when you do this. And they could have such. See, I have a belief, and I think this will be underscored by everything you're going to say. People don't think about it, but I don't believe anybody in business wants an equal playing field. Why would you, if you can have.
You want.
Yeah, you want it to be ethical. But geez, if you can have, you know, 20 advantage levers over your competitor, why would you not?
Yeah, totally. That's. It's. You'd be foolish not to take advantage of all of these things. And.
I completely, I completely agree.
Let me do. I'm going to give you another example. So I told you earlier that we had someone come in and spend some time with us. So I'm going to demonstrate something, and then we're going to do it together. Okay. We're going to basically come up with, like, a pitch for a business. But if you think about you and me in the days of all the time we spent being creative, working with clients, trying to make something real.
If we had to build a brand and build a pitch and create a video and go through many, many revisions of writing a script and then meet with the video team and go through edits and all that, it's a long time. Months and hundreds of thousands of dollars in our days. Yep, easily. Right. So I'm going to show you a workflow stack, and this is something I did for Dave Asprey.
But the basic idea is super easy, super fast personal or business brand marketing. And this is a baby version of what we. We do. So you're real familiar with this. I don't know the origin of it, but you know what makes an irresistible offer? A perfect outcome with a very high probability of success in a short timeframe with very little work. So if I promised you, Jay, I will.
Meet with you, understand what your greatest superpower, your greatest capability is. We're going to deep dive and create what I, a Rolls Royce brand and offer and all the marketing materials, all the pitch materials you need in one week.
To me, that's a pretty good irresistible offer. That's what our current offer is. When we work with people.
I understand that it is. It's very compelling, particularly when you can deliver.
Okay.
And without AI we couldn't do it as fast as we did. But I'm going to show you one of our brainstorming shortcuts that allows us to create what we call first drafts. So this is Dave Esprit, good friend of both of ours. You spoke at the same event. He's got this product called the Wasabi Method. And basically it is. They call it Whole Body Tissue Upgrade, but it's a shockwave thing that they put on you, and they put it on your muscles, like if you're super tense or sore. And it sonically helps relieve these things, but they also use it for erectile dysfunction. So they put this wand on your holiest of holies and give it some shock treatment. And what it does is it loosens up calcium, it reactivates the veins and stuff like that. It does a bunch of stuff. I can't remember the whole story, but bottom line is they take this thing out, they rub it up and down on your pole, and then it works better. Pretty interesting. All right, so. So I created a template, right? This is my template, and I use this for everything. It's basically a who I am, what I do, my business name, my website, who I help and how I help them. Now, this template, I just copy and I paste it into that tool I just showed you a moment ago, Perplexity with a website address. And I'll say, use this template, but fill in all the information that you can figure out about this business. In other words, I didn't have to do it manually. I just took my template that had something else stuff in it and I had Perplexity fill it out for me. So number one, if I would have had to write that, that probably would have taken me, I don't know, 30 minutes to do a good job. 15 to 30. Right now it took 30 seconds. So then I added another prompt. I said, use this information and give me 10 great ideas for social media content that I can put on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn to establish me as a category expert. So now it understands the context of the business and it created a whole bunch of ideas. So I put that into a tool I use. Now, we were just using one tool that was Perplexity or Chat GPT. This tool lets me run six of them simultaneously. So if I said, hey Jay, I want to put together a mastermind group and it's just going to be you and me and we're going to run ideas off of each other or for no extra money and no extra time, we're going to get six of the smartest people in the room who know everything, who've got IQs of somewhere between 120 and 160, who will be there with us for less than a hundred dollars a month. What would you.
Obviously the latter, right?
So basically what I just did is I ran all this information and I got 60 different ideas, not just 10 from six different AIs. Now here's where it gets a little more interesting. So this is called stacking prompts, but it's sort of like just some instructions. So now what I said is integrate all the best ideas so all the best marketing ideas and concepts from this template and content and write a one to two minute promotional script that's exciting, visceral and engaging for my audience. Make the focus of the script on erectile dysfunction. Begin with a great hook to get my audience's attention, describe their major pain, how my product can help them, and include a call to action at the end. It needs to be positive and not salesy. So I took this prompt, I pasted it into this tool, which I'm just running six different AIs at the same.
Time and Mike.
Excuse me. And I think people can get intimidated when you understand purpose of different tools and different AI, you'll be able to pick ones. For example, perplexity is better for research, right?
That's right, that's right.
So just, I want. Oh gosh, too many. How do I choose? Depends. On, on. On the, on the goal, right?
Yes. Which is in. And here's the real shortcut. Instead of having to choose, why don't you choose upon the outcome or the result? So if you ask six employees to do the exact same challenge, you know, solve a problem and they all worked in parallel, and then you got to look at the results and pick the best one of six, wouldn't that be awesome? That's why you do it this way. It's because what I ended up doing is I read the output from ChatGPT. I read it from Gemini, which is Google. I read the output from Claude, then Grok, which is the fastest AI. Perplexity, which is the best research AI, and Bing, which is kind of chatgpt but a little different. It's Microsoft's variant. And I ended up deciding that the ChatGPT script was the best. Okay, so now I just got six results. Why not? This is what makes AI great and how human interface makes it even better. So what I did is I have another tool called Invideo, and this one makes videos in minutes. So I took the script that Chat GPT wrote for me and know that if I'm doing this manually with a person, I can generally do everything from scratch in 20 minutes. All right? And we're going to compare this to what it would have taken, how much it could have cost and taken in the old days. So now I've got a video script. I paste it into this tool.
I click on generate a video. Okay? And here's what it's doing, Jay. It's analyzing the script and it lets me pick my audience and where I want to put it and what it's doing right now. And I sped this part up, but it's synthesizing a voice, finding royalty free music, finding royalty free video clips, and putting it all together into a video. Now I'm going to play a completely unedited first draft of the video, okay. That it made in in about six minutes. And you'll notice some of the images and some of the video clips don't really work well. But everything is changeable and editable by text, meaning you can tell it what to change. But I wanted this to Be super authentic. Because what I use AI for is a first draft. I look at it and then I refined it. And we can iterate faster than any human can ever iterate. And that's what makes for great products. So here you go.
This is going to blow your mind. What if I told you there's a natural way to tackle erectile dysfunction?
We get it.
ED is frustrating, isolating and often kept in the dark. But it's more common than you think. And it's not your fault. All right.
Not bad though, right? For a first draft?
Incredible.
Yeah.
So. So just answer me this. If you had to do this the old fashioned way, like we, we. We've done many, many times, how much time would it take to meet with a client, extract the their value proposition, interview them, talk to them, figure out their ideal customer, draft a script, get it approved, go back and forth a couple times, then meet with the video team, describe what you want, then get a rough draft, go back and forth, multiple edits, and then finally present it to the client. How much time? How much money?
A lot. But there's one more. Really? And I'm gonna. I think there's one more, but I want you to either confirm it, validate it, or tell me I'm off the wall. Is this thing to do is you can get very excited about a concept, but the concept may not work, but you can take multiple concepts and you can use other tools to give you probability of it being successful, can't you?
That's exactly right. So what I typically do, Jay, is I will.
I will create three or four first drafts for someone.
I didn't mean to override you, but I want people to know not just about, it's about higher probability, higher viability, higher Profitability and higher success.
That's, that's exactly right is what I have found. So we have a rule when we're doing what we call our superpower accelerator experience there. We play improv. Yes. And okay. We are edit free. We swear like crazy everything. There is nothing untouchable. Okay. We're not politically correct. We're not anything correct because anything that stands in the way of creativity prevents iteration. And I believe that you have to have a few bad ideas to get to the best ideas. You have to find a flop. But you've got to imagine performing this content in front of a live audience. And what AI does is accelerates that entire process and keeps you in a hot, in a dopamine high state so you don't run out of steam.
Yeah, I think that's, I think that's beautifully articulated. Yeah, it's, it's very interesting. I mean, I don't think people even comprehend how, how much. I mean just maybe I come from a world where people don't even realize that you don't know anything and the market's the only real validator. But if you can get a hedge on, on misperception, on wasting opportunity costs. I mean again, you don't want an equal playing field. If everybody else doesn't have one and you have one, you win.
It's. It's crazy. So I'm going to, I'm going to demonstrate another. I'll give you another example of one. I'll. I'll show you something that, that we did with a client. So again, this is.
And I showed you this pre camera. So this is, I'm not. Nothing here is rehearsed. Of course, this is.
So.
Client of mine, we, we actually created a one man comedy show called Yield of Dreams for him. I hired three comedians. This is pre, pre AI and we produced a play and it turned into a full on off Broadway show and it's now being performed. It's a product. But he wanted to take things a step further and his goal is to alleviate veteran suicides. There are 22 of them per day. But of course that affects a lot more people and that's one of their biggest problems is money, money management and also not having enough after they retire. So what we did is we put together this program and I won't show you all the stuff that led to the moment of the delivery, but all we did is we met with the client, we used a lot of AI and we wound up producing.
And a lot of this is, it's human created but AI enabled, meaning it helps us get, get to where we want to get to faster. So this was the, the platform or product. We created the Fortress, the military money mindset platform. And we get into like, what the pain of.
Vets have when they, when they're dealing with their money and what happens to a lot of them. And we were able to do research with perplexity and get a lot of stats really quickly that we could verify and then.
You know, deconstruct what's going on. And like this image, for example, 100% synthetic. So I don't have any royalties or rights that I have to pay. And ultimately our big message is we have to show people how to get financially fit and mentally fit for money and to build what we call the financial fortress. So what we wound up doing is we were able to create all of the content and the elements to create an entire product in two days. And one of the things that we did is we used a different tool. So I'm going to literally do this on the fly with you and I'm going to show you a possible result. So this, this could end badly, but it may be fun along the way. Okay, so I'm going to take nothing more than a press release. Okay? This is a press release that we used and AI generated it. And I'm going into another tool that's called videogen. All right? And I'm going to. Let's say we're going to create. I could create a brand story.
A product overview, a YouTube video, a promo, okay? And maybe I'll just for the hell of it, I'll just say promo. I'm going to paste in our, our press release, okay? Nothing more than that. And I'm going to say make it 150 words. It's going to be short. Generate the script.
All right, now it's got something. And we're going to pick a voice. So you, you picked with me. So let's see if we like a woman or a man. Welcome to the future of video. Video Gen makes it. Welcome to the future of video. Welcome to the future of video.
Welcome to the future of video. Video Jen makes it easy for anyone.
Welcome to the future of video. Videogen makes it easy for anyone to start.
Welcome to the future of video. Videogen makes it easy.
How's that one?
All right, go ahead.
Okay, so we picked Will, and I'll just make sure that that's picked on top. Now I hit continue.
And now just for the hell of it, I'm going to have it. I Can either pick istock. So it's going to create. It'll actually use real video clips or we could have it create cartoon style images.
So you want to do cartoon or do you. Let's. Let's just do some premium stock images. Okay. And I'm going to click on generate video. And what it's doing right now is it's creating a synthetic video. It's editing everything.
And.
And here's what I would say Jay is right now, AI can do a lot of things really well, intermediate steps, but you have to stack the apps. You really have to put things together and know what to use and when to get great results.
So when I'm creating a video like that's what it made it already made it. So I'm going to play it for you right now. Let's just see what it gives us. And it may or may not be great. You can see there's little clips down below, which means I can edit this if I want to. So I'm going to just start play it. Let's see what happens.
Every day we lose 22 veterans to the silent struggle of financial distress. Behind that staggering number lies a reality we can no longer ignore. It's time we shift our focus from visible battles to the invisible ones that haunt our heroes at home. Enter the Veteran Financial wellness initiative, a groundbreaking program designed to empower those who've served. We're not just offering financial advice, we're delivering a lifeline. With the military money mindset series, veterans will gain access to free financial education tailored to their unique needs. No more one size fits all solutions. And with the fortress, we're redefining retirement planning, ensuring immediate access to funds without sacrificing long term security. This is about changing lives, not selling products. Together with military leaders and financial experts, we can combat financial stress and its devastating impact on mental health. Let's stand together for our veterans. Visit our website to learn more and join the movement.
Okay.
Not bad, huh?
Yeah, it's great. It's great.
So that's a first draft, but that gives me what I've done with, with stuff like that is now it gives me a first draft and I might create three or four. And I say let's pick out the stuff we like the best. And then I'll meet with my real editor and we'll give that. Give him all of our ideas. So our first draft that we get with a better edit or maybe replace with our own footage, it's perfect the first time. It saves us probably 80% of what it used to take and we get it done immediately and oftentimes our first draft is good enough to use to sell something then so we can go from and no ideas, no business, no products to a complete pitch deck and offer marketing videos and go out and sell something that week. It was never possible before.
It's profound. It's from it only because I don't want to run out of time.
You are a.
You're a font of not just knowledge, but you're a great torque converter that can take complexity, not perplexity, complexity and, and most common denominator. Not only explanations, but demonstrations. Quite profound. But before we run out of time, I want to change a little bit and give you some license and latitude, but tell us your view on this sort of. But I said the world according to Mike. There's a lot of rhetoric out there, there's a lot of hyperbole out there, there's a lot of intimidation out there. There's a lot of over, you know, over the top promises. I'd love you to give your take on that because most of the ones that entrepreneurs are hit with tend to be marketing or sales or advertising oriented. But there's obviously the whole back, you know, backside of it. But I'd love your thoughts before because I really admire you and I think you are no nonsense, you're very balanced, you're very objective. You love this. You are in business to help people utilize this in many ways. But you also are an advocate of understanding truth and utilizing the good and, and not falling victim to the bad. So I love your perspectives.
Yeah, thanks. Thanks, Jay. Well, I think.
You know, I learned a lot when, when AI first hit the ground, I got a call from my friend Brad who said, now you got to play with chat GPT. And I'm like, I heard about it and at first I thought, ah, this doesn't make sense. Why would someone put AI in a chat? It felt like, it felt uncomfortable and I started playing with it and I had an aha moment and literally that a couple days later, Peter Diamandis called me up and said, hey, would you teach generative AI to the A abundance 360 patrons. And I, I said yes, of course. And that meant I had to become an expert on AI in a matter of about two months. So it was I, I made a commitment to something I knew very little about, but enough to be dangerous. And so.
My, my mindset and focus all the time, Jay, comes from the perspective of how can I entertain and educate and accelerate and give Other people, superpowers and excite them at the same time about a better future. And I tell you all that because I don't do anything unless I've done it. It's produced fast results in a short period of time and it's repeatable by a non technical person who's curious and coachable. Those are the key words. And so I think the challenge right now, and as you know, there's always a lot of charlatans who show up whenever there's something new. And right now we've got a lot of charlatans out there who are suddenly big AI experts. And look, there's so much confusion and overwhelm. That's just the way things are. Right. It's just expecting the charlatans and the wolves to come out whenever someone smells money. But at the end of the day, what I think is important and what I judge myself by is how many transformational stories am I leaving behind as exhaust and exhaust meaning not leaving behind. But you got to have a lot of people who are saying, holy cow, my life was transformed in five minutes or five hours or five days and I didn't just get a result. Now I understand something new and I know how to use it over and over again in my life, in my business. And it's better because of it.
It's great. So what would you say to somebody? I mean, and I'm going to move mountains to get people to avail themselves of your generosity and, and you know, you're in business to provide service. I think there's nothing, it will be very transparent about it, but I really respect your, your acumen and also your, your intentionality. So I really want to do that. But people that had been either confused or intimidated or attracted if you gave them one, I think maybe we should put that into what are your. One of your AIs and see what it would tell you to do before. It's sort of fascinating, wouldn't it?
Yeah. Well, I think the key thing is just do one thing and if you know this is good, there's a reference book and I made it for people saying, I'm not sure how to get started, so just get my book because it's free and we're giving it to you. But if you're going to do something, if you haven't played with something, start with a project. Don't just play around. Because playing around, you got to have an outcome. So you could simply. Right. It's like, I want to write a book and AI is so smart, it'll teach you how to use it. What you learn really quickly as soon as you start using AI is we've forgotten how to ask really great questions. We're so used to having to manipulate and connive our way to get our ways that we've forgotten how to be direct and intentional. And that is, I think, a mark of, maybe it's a societal pattern. I'm not sure what it is. But you know, our, our most, our best relationships are the ones that are the most honest and stress free and direct.
It's so interesting. And you actually, I'm going to interpret something that you said that I heard that I want to make sure that everybody hears. It's not just having access to the AI and it's not just asking questions. It's knowing how to take the prompts deeper and deeper. And Mike, it's a throwaway concept, but this iterative aspect is probably the context that most people miss, don't you think?
Yeah, yeah, it is, it's. It is literally improv. So my mindset, I'll tell you two other mini mindsets that have transformed my life, changed my life completely. So I treat my time always like it's worth $10,000 per hour. Okay. And maybe I'm going to start changing into $100,000 an hour, but here's why. I will invest 10 minutes in almost anything or anyone, meaning I am willing to risk throwing away, let's just round up $2,500. I'll start it on fire. And if I don't have either the beginning or the end of an outcome, result or benefit that can get done, or I can delegate or commit more time to, I stop it right away. And I, I treat the exact same way is if I find a tool, I'm like, how can I use this? What can I use it for? And can I, can I use it in a way that I can teach, educate, and multiply value for someone else? I do it as a lever and a service, not as a direct benefit from me. So the only way I do anything is when I know I can create a direct benefit and create value for someone else. Which means it has to be something I can get their attention, their investment, create curiosity and interest, and then produce a measurable outcome, result or benefit. And that psychology has changed how I live, how I think and how I behave.
And, and I love that. And I think you, you know, the fact that Peter and Tony and Dave and Dan Sullivan all turn to you for many things, but definitely for mastery of and, and for Access to really high performing AI outcomes is, is a great testimonial. We're going to run out of time, but you have another also. And if you want to talk about it, that would be probably beneficial. Go ahead, please.
So my other book, it's called you'd Next Act. And this I wrote because I've, I've gone through seven reinventions myself, meaning built and sold a bunch of companies. And each time when you sell a business, and by the way, you can get it@mike koenigs.com free. All right, so that's the tag. And I wrote it because most founders I meet after they sell their businesses, they may have a big pile of cash, but they realize they've sold their identity and they're empty and fearful and get anxious and many of them get depressed and suicidal. They don't want to talk about it and they don't have anyone really to talk about it with. But like, our identities, especially as men, are really tied up in being useful. And this book, what I did is I deconstructed every reinvention I've had, every one that I've done, and figured out how to activate your unique superpower. What Dan Sullivan calls your unique ability, or Gay Hendricks calls your zone of genius, and turn that into a high net, low overhead business you'll love for the rest of your life. Now, that can, that doesn't mean you have to reinvent yourself literally and start all over. It can take the business you have and make it worth more. But I systemized it and that really turned into the business, the core business I do. Now we've got an AI business, which, you know, we do fractional services and training and all that. But our core business, the Superpower Accelerator, is all about either reinventing founders who've sold and want to do their next thing, or someone who wants to elevate the value of what they have. And your next act is a way to get that. And you can have the audiobook, you can have the PDF and you just again, go to mikekoenigs.com free.
Good. That was a very good solo, Que. Thank you. So let me summarize this and I'll give my heart. Mike is one of the good guys. You can trust him. He knows, he knows AI as far as usability and in the entrepreneurial context, arguably better than anyone. He can apply it very masterfully. He trains people in it. He's got more expensive services that can build either totally entirely new businesses or help you with projects, profit centers. A very interesting man And I really appreciate you. And I'm sorry we have to stop because I'd like to spend more time. Maybe we'll do another segment. But you should get his books. And then if there's opportunity that he can benefit you, I would encourage you. And thank you, Mike.
It's my pleasure, Jay. I can say all the same things about you. I've loved you from the moment I met you. I've always admired your unbelievable brain. And you know, you've always been. You still are a movement maker. You know, you've got such an unusually interesting brain that sees so many opportunities and possibilities. It blows my mind every time we get to spend time together. So thank you.
Oh, my pleasure. Thank you. And put up one more time, why don't you? Just to make sure they know how to get everything.
Okay, we'll get you started with the AI accelerator because that one. We'll leave it that and I'll make sure we've got a still image to go get your next act as well, but you can scan that code and go to aiaccelerator.com free.
Good on you, Mike. What a. What is stimulating, interesting and enriching our. Thank you, sir.
