How I Created a Video, Podcast, and Book in ONE Day Using AI

Mike Koenigs uses NotebookLM to turn a book into a podcast, video script, and promotional content in one day. The AI tool ingests videos, audio, docs, and websites, then generates synthetic podcasts with customized speakers, video scripts, and book outlines. He demonstrates the workflow on his book AI Accelerator and a healthcare client's project.

Hey there. This is Mike Koenigs and I'm going to demonstrate Notebook LM to you. I was just chatting with my friends at Strategic Coach today and I said, hey, I've got this really good demo of this amazing tool from Google. And what is notebooklm? Well, maybe I should show it to you. This is a tool that allows you to upload any kind of content into it. Videos, audios, technical papers. And what it produces is astonishing. It is my number one shortcut now, so I'm going to show you in example of what it did. Now, I took my book, I uploaded it. It's as simple as adding a source. You can pick a Google Doc, slides, websites, YouTube videos, pasted text, just about any kind of a file. Listen to the podcast that it made about my book, AI Accelerator, which, by the way, I'll give to you.
Welcome back. Everybody ready to jump into some more fascinating AI stuff?
Always.
What are we looking at?
This is 100%.
We're taking a look at this book called the AI Accelerator, and it's supposed to be like the ultimate guide for entrepreneurs to, you know, use AI to really boost their business.
I've heard some inside the description copy. I'm going to download this file. I'll share the whole thing with you because, well, quite frankly, I think it's pretty profound. So just imagine right now, one of the benefits of this tool is let's say you're just overwhelmed with mounds and mounds and mounds of content. It could be hours, hundreds and thousands of pages. You can upload it in notes, NotebookLM, press a button, and it makes a podcast for you about it. And one of the things that you can do, which I will demonstrate for you, is I'm actually going to delete the one that it made for me right now and you can give it specific instructions. So you could say, I want you to critique a pitch deck that I uploaded here, or talk about something it could educate you on, highly technical papers and documents. But wait, there's more. Now, one of the other things that I used this for earlier is I went into the guide and let me just show you this.
I can go in and I'll give you my notes as well. So I told it.
This original, by the way, was the podcast instructions. So when I pop in something so like, it'll create a really good default podcast. But here I said create a book report episode about the power and value of the AI Accelerator book for business owners and entrepreneurs. Do not say delve or dive in. That's one of the things that often says, hey, let's dive into this thing. It just sounds stupid. Open with the most impactful, quotable or controversial ideals that can dramatically help an entrepreneur start using AI in their business as a creative first draft. Okay, so going back over here, when I went into my AI accelerator and I clicked click, customize, here's where you can tell it specifically how you want these people, the synthetics, to behave. Now the other thing that this thing does is I can click on this and say, hey, give me a briefing doc on all this information. Okay? Boom. In a moment you're going to see the briefing doc. I can also give it instructions and say, here we go. Here's the detailed briefing. Aaccelerator prevents compelling guide for entrepreneurs seeking to leverage the transformative power of AI in their business. Book leverages. Let's see, there we go. Endorsements from prominent figures like Peter Diamandis, founder of xprize, JJ Virgin, da da da, da da. I mean, it's like, holy crap. So anytime you have to learn something really, really fast, this is how I do it. Okay? And I'm going to show you a really complex example. So the built in stuff are FAQs, study guide. Okay? So you just click on each one of these table of contents, briefing doc, timeline, boom, it just starts generating for you. And you'll see in a moment they're just going to start popping up. And of course there's the FAQs, what's the main premise? How's the book explained? Yada, yada, blah, blah, blah. Okay, now the next one will be up in a moment. It's just like pop, pop, pop, pop, pop. There we go. The timeline of events, the study guide. I mean, this is how I write my books. So I'll go in here and I'll just give you these because here are some of the notes that I just got out of here. And you'll notice, check this out. Boom. Okay. They're not badly formatted too. Okay, so again, I'm gonna make sure that this document, this Google Doc, is in the descriptive link of the video. Now here's something else that I did with it. I told it to create a script. So I said, and you can see it right here. Create a promotional video script about this book that will encourage an entrepreneur or business owner that is the ideal target client mentioned in the book to want to get it. Tell them they can get a free copy@aaccelerator.com free. I know that sounded vaguely self promotional, but you know, I'm giving you a real life Example, so I can paste that prompt in here and boom, out pops a video script. Now here's where this thing starts getting really, really interesting.
And so there we go. There's the script it just wrote so I can copy this. I can also save it to a note. So now it's stored. And if I click on convert all notes to source, it basically can train this notebook with all the new content it generated. To me, that's pretty profound. So just so you have it, that's the script it wrote. Now I use a tool called invideo.
And I'm gonna play a video that I made using this tool with the script. So I haven't even heard this myself yet. Let's just see what it's like. By the way, all the video, all the audio, all the music, 100% synthetic.
Are you an entrepreneur? Feeling overwhelmed, drowning in tasks, struggling to keep up with the competition? What if there was a way to 10x your productivity, clone your smartest employees, and even monetize your intellectual property?
Introducing the AI Accelerator by Mike Kix. The groundbreaking book that reveals how to harness the power of artificial intelligence to achieve your most ambitious goals.
In this book, you'll discover how the AI.
Stop it for now.
Get back days and get the idea.
So what I'm typically doing with someone is I'm creating three or four different videos I'm creating. And this is as simple as create new paste in the script. Okay.
Hit generate a video. And now it's examining this. And again, I'm doing this with all kinds of people right now because I can basically produce what would normally take several weeks or months with a traditional video editor, a writer, creative team, in minutes. Now let me show you a real life example of a client project. Okay, this is Mei Mei Hu and Lou Reese. They are in the business of revolutionizing healthcare with a. Well, they're working also with Peter Diamandis over on the left here. This is days of content, keynote presentations, audios, abstracts, all of their researched and published documents from.
Variety of sources including.
Geez, Nature and the Lancet. I mean, these folks are real. Peter Diamandis is a partner. So this is a podcast that this thing provided. Again, know that if you would have to dig through all of this content and learn would take days. So let's just play a little introduction about Mei Mei and Lou and the work they're doing.
All right, so today we're looking at.
Vaccinity and their pretty radical approach to healthcare. Yeah, imagine vaccines for chronic diseases like Parkinson's.
Wow.
Leading this Charge are May May Hu and Lou Reese, co CEOs of Vaccinity.
Yeah.
And what's interesting is they actually come from finance and real estate backgrounds. Really not your typical biotech story.
That's so interesting how that outside experience kind of like informs their approach to healthcare. You know, they're looking at the bigger picture.
Yeah. They're not just like focused on treatments, but on preventing the diseases altogether.
Right.
It's a pretty big shift in how we think about healthcare.
It's ambitious for sure. It is their aims platform. It uses these synthetic peptides to trigger the immune system to target specific disease causing proteins.
So that gives you a sense of them. Now down below here, I'm saying write a three minute script for a sizzle reel about Mei Mei and Lou Reese. Focus first on the published research, research and what they've done with their medicine.
To.
Eliminate Alzheimer's, Parkinson's disease and.
Hiv.
Period. Focus on the science and provide critical.
Data about how this is affecting the United States and our upcoming budgets.
Okay, so boom. I'm going to get myself a first draft of a sizzle reel here. And then while it's still cranking on that, I'm going to say I want you to create a 10 chapter outline about Mei Mei who and Lou Reese's work and.
Tell me.
About. Actually, that's a bad version. So again, I'm using voice. You can see how I can just turn this into my partner.
I want you to create an outline for a book about vaccinity and Mei May who and lou and.
Include 10 book titles and subtitles that are modeled after Wall Street Journal and New York Times business book bestsellers.
Now by the way, it's not vaccinity, it's Axiom. New name. So. And of course it's spelled Maymay wrong. May. May who? And.
Not who and Lou Reese. Okay.
Ten book titles and subtitles. Boom. Hit that. By the way, I'm going to save that one to note as soon as we're done here because I don't want to lose it again. I can continue to copy this and train.
And now let's see. You know it's going to come up with a book, so I'm just going to paste this over here. One important part of using this tool is we always want to be creating a document.
Oops. That's just a duplicate. Looks like I did not copy it properly. Yeah. The good news is, who cares? We got all kinds of.
Okay, look at that. Now we got a book outline. First of all, let me copy this and.
I'm going to paste in their script. This is cool. Sizzle reel. I'm going to be doing that anyway. Then let's go over to the book outline. Check this out.
Okay. Outlining origin story. Messy Shaman and the Awakening, which is exactly about as Lou Reese's unconventional background, his grandmother's impactful story. Breaking free from the box. May May's journey. All right. A meeting of the Mayans. The genesis of Axiom. Cool. The foundation of service, which is what they're all about. Takers and the makers. Okay, look at that here. It came with titles. Messy Shamans. Care aim, Revolution, Health Span. Not Sick Care. Axiom Way. Okay, not bad. And then I can go in here and say, now I want you to write chapter one based on all the information that is in your knowledge base.
Open with a captivating quote that is unique and not well known, but relevant from a famous person. And open with a joke in the voice of.
Dave Chappelle that is relevant to the first chapter.
Okay, now look at this. Let's see what happens here. And by the way, in the meantime, I'm going to copy over.
The book. Okay, I got the foundation of the book here. That's pretty cool.
Now look at that. The best way to predict the future is to invent it. Eh, that's all right. Not that great. And the voice. You ever met one of those dudes, man, who just seems to be like, bend reality. Like they walk into a room and suddenly shit starts happening. I knew this cat once, built a billion dollar company selling vaccines for pigs. Now he's trying to cure Alzheimer's. I'm talking about Lou Reese, man. Dude's a straight up wizard. Okay, that's not bad. It's not bad. Okay, boom, boom, boom, boom. All right, again, I can copy this. I can also save it to note. So part of what happens here is.
You know, this thing is building all this stuff and I want to save all these to note. And I'm building a database of synthetic information. Now, I know I covered a lot of stuff, but here is the bottom line. Summary number one. This is a remarkably powerful tool that learns any content you feed into it. And it can be someone else's. You can create derivative content. It also builds new content. It creates synthetic content that is incredibly valuable. And it can continue to train itself. And in real time, it is your creative partner that allows you to just build and create and model anything. But also I use it as a learning tool. So what I'm typically doing right now is I'm grabbing again up to 50 sources. I can literally grab an entire series of podcasts. I could go out and if I want to learn everything that Andrew Huberman's probably ever created, I can download it, stuff it in here and have this thing create a custom podcast and say, my name is Mike Koenigs and I want to learn everything I can about Andrew and blah, blah, blah. Here are the 10 things that are most important to me. First, find that stuff, report on it, provide citations, and boom. I'm gonna get an 18 minute podcast and I can learn about this thing at double speed while I'm riding my bike. All right. This can give you superpowers and enable you to do incredible research. And if you incorporate this along with ChatGPT or I'll show you one of my other tools that I use all the time. Well, hell, instead of going down a bigger rabbit hole, I'll give you a link to one of my other recent webinars that will show you how I Effectively use about 8 or 10 different AI tools all at once. That will be a link in the description as well. And of course, if you want a copy of my book AI Accelerator, I was looking for one here, but I'm at a friend's studio right now. There's going to be a link to that as well. It's AI accelerator.com free. Go ahead and grab that. I'll also put the transcript and I'm going to turn this into an SOP for you that'll instruct you step by step on how to use.
NotebookLM. Thanks for watching. Hope you enjoyed this. Bye bye.
