Hi, this is Mike Koenigs and welcome to the Ambassador Multiplier Method. I'm going to share with you a system, a strategy that can help you get more attention, generate more trust, credibility and authority, and do it quickly so you can generate better customers with less work. Now, it's also a system that if you have a hard time getting the attention of a certain teenager in your life, this might help you think a little bit differently about how you interact and engage with your own family members. This is also a system that we've been using with our 50 and $75,000 workshop clients that I'm going to give to you today for free. It's just a sampler so you can see what it's like, maybe work together someday. So without further ado, let me tell you a little bit about what the system consists of and how it works. The first big question I have for you is what's the fastest way to multiply your revenue? Oh, by the way, here's something. I'm going to be drawing a picture for you in a little while. It's called the Ambassador Method. What are the two hardest things to get? What's the first thing that shows up for you to get? Someone's time to get their attention is the hardest and most important and valuable thing you can get as a business owner. Study by Microsoft published in Time magazine reported that in the year 2000, the average attention span had dropped from 12 seconds to 8 seconds. And, and in humans now goldfish has a 9 second attention span. I think humans attention spans are probably lower than 8 seconds now that we've got social media and it's so embedded. That's kind of why I made that joke about teenagers. But getting attention, number one, number two is trust. Just to get someone's trust. We live in an incredibly cynical world today where we've got fake news galore. If there was one big lesson we can take away from all the pandemic hysteria is no one trusts anyone anymore. But that isn't completely true. Look at some of the people who are on screen, whether it is Elon Musk or Oprah. And I also put a couple other characters on here like Tony Robbins. But to achieve thought leaders, celebrity, authority, status is all about perception and positioning. If there isn't one thing that we learned with the last presidential election, the one before any, here you've got Trump. Whether you think he's a complete clown or a genius, doesn't matter. Having a certain level of popularity does make a big difference. So the question that I have for you. And the way to start this out is imagine for a moment that someone who you regard as being the most authoritative, most trusted person in the world or in your industry, and someone that your clients and customers trust, period. If they got up on stage or went in a video or wherever, you'd find the best way to access your right fit client, they stood up and said, you are the most trusted person in the world and everyone in this audience needs to go speak to you. And again, let's just pretend it's Oprah or Elon Musk or fill in the blank here, but Oprah says you need to meet this person right here. They're the most trusted person. I will stake my reputation on the fact that when you work with them, you're going to get the exact results that you want and you need. So go talk to them, say yes to whatever they say, write out a check as big as they ask for, and don't come back in this room until you say yes. In fact, if you don't do it, I don't want you to be part of my tribe anymore. That is the concept behind this ambassador method that I'm going to share with you today. It's all about finding a way to get the highest level endorsement possible. And there is a methodology. For example, some of the people that I've worked with over the years include Tony Robbins. He's a highly trusted person. Tim Ferriss is another one. Some people say, God, if I just got Tim behind my business, it would make a huge difference. He'd help me launch a good friend of mine, J.J. virgin. She's a big name in the functional medicine nutrition space. Dave Asprey is another one. The founder of Bulletproof Coffee. He's got a huge podcast with lots and lots of downloads. Tai Lopez is someone who reaches out to a lot of younger entrepreneurs if you wanted to reach young millennial males. Tai Lopez is a trusted figure. Jack Canfield is a well recognized trusted figure in the world of personal development and spirituality and self growth. For example, sold over 500 million books. Pretty impressive, right? So our goal then is to help you achieve thought leader, be positioned, get authority status and develop some kind of mystique for you and your brand. And this in turn turns into credibility, influence and trust. I'm going to give you a couple examples of some of the ways that I've done this over time. So for example, the founder of strategic coach, Dan Sullivan, he's a good friend. I've known him 15 years. I've been part of strategic coach personally for around eight. And he's the author of the book who, not how and many other books. In fact.
You don't know this about Dan. He writes an average of a book a quarter. He's 77 years old, plus an additional about two more books, plus tons and tons of content. But I have a podcast with Dan. It's called Capability Amplifier. Subscribe to it, by the way. Now, just having a podcast with Dan not only gives me access to this amazing genius mind, but it provides a certain degree of credibility that helps. When I meet and talk to people, they're like, oh, I've known you, I've listened to your podcast with Dan. Boom. Instant connection. Instant way to amplify and multiply the value that I have to someone else, especially in that audience or that community. Another one, for example, is a podcast that I do with the author of the Big Leap, Gay Hendricks. Now, if you don't know gay, he's written over 40 books. He's a New York Times best selling author. He and his wife Katie were on Oprah multiple times, which gave him a huge boost. But he's also an incredibly productive, brilliant man. And again, having an affinity, an association with him opens up doors. He's a multiplier. He's an ambassador for me. And there's some other strategies as well. So, for example, I regularly write for Entrepreneur and Forbes magazine. So they in turn end up being a bit of an ambassador. But what I'm going to share with you is significantly more powerful than that. And it's also something you can execute exceptionally quickly.
If you're watching and you're, I want.
To play something for you.
If you're watching behind your looks.
Oops. One more time.
Years ago, I got to work with Tony Robbins. And the long story short is there was a period of time I was broke. I was $250,000 in debt running my first business that cost me my first marriage. I wasn't present. I needed a lot of support, a lot of help. I didn't know where to get it. I went to a Tony Robbins event. It changed my life. I walked out with a one page business plan. But I also said, someday. Oh. My business ended up being purchased by a publicly traded company. About a year later, life turned around and it got great. But I made a vow to myself that someday I'd find a way to work with Tony, pay him back. And I wanted to find a way to create with him. Creating, to me, is one of the highest states of being a human being about Eight years later, I ended up meeting Tony, working with him, producing some products, speaking on his stages and a variety of other things. And one of the net results is exactly what I'm talking about, an ambassador strategy. So I'm going to play it for you right now or a couple segments, and then we're going to get into this exercise. So here goes. This is Tony Robbins.
If you're watching and you're looking to take your income to the next level, or whether you're somebody that already owns a business and you're saying, hey, the world's changing, a lot of people are hanging on their money now a lot tighter. How do I get new customers? How do I get the customers? I have to be more engaged with me. How do I innovate? Today, I'm here to share with you, introduced to you, a gentleman who's a dear friend of mine. He's helped me immensely and the idea of how do I get my information out and engage my customers. He's been a dear friend, but more importantly, he's been a consultant to some of the biggest companies in the world. So I want to introduce to you Mike Koenigs, my dear friend. Welcome, Mike.
All right. To say that's made a huge difference, got me on plenty of stages, is an understatement. But I've made a point of trying to find effective ways to provide huge value to people that I know also are highly trusted, and make sure that my reputation and the rapport that I have with those people is sound as well. Again, I'm going to give you a strategy that will help accelerate this, no matter what industry or business you are in. If we were going to sit down and I'd ask you, who do you want to be a hero to? In other words, if you got to identify a perfect right fit client, depending on the scale of your business, if you had 10 or 100 or 1,000 or 10,000 of that exact person, what's their name? Who are they? What is their demographic psychographic breakdown for us, for example, we want owners of B2B businesses. They need to be owners, founders, or as Dan Sullivan says, a check writer. And they're typically belongers, meaning they belong to some sort of a group. They invest in their own coaching, and they also fit a profile that on the Colby scale is an 8, 9 or 10, quick start. That basically means they hear something, their gut tells them what they want to do, and they get going. If they're super high in what's known as the fact finder, meaning they ask Questions, they can't make up their mind, they got to consult with a whole bunch of people. Not a right fit for us. So having a clear identification of that is mission critical. Now inside of that, if I asked you this question and write this down, what affinity groups do your perfect fit clients belong to? Now for us, for example, we know people who belong to Abundance360 with Peter Diamandis, Genius Network with Joe Polish EO YPO, Tiger 21 Strategic Coach. These are all B2B oriented or business groups where there are high value people who are have a history of investing in, coaching and being advised and they know that they can save time and get someone somewhere further faster would be a right fit affinity group. So for you, who might that be? So think about and what you want to do is you want to find not just one, but maybe two or three or four or five different affinity groups that would be right fit locations for your ideal client. Now the next.
One we have is out here and this is if you could name an influencer who knows the founder or the owner of the affinity group and can speak on your behalf and say you need to speak to, insert your name here and have them speak at your next event or write or whatever that is because your members would find them incredibly valuable. You can trust them. The whole point is they can collapse time on your behalf by making that intro, creating that connection and giving you access to multiples of your perfect right fit hero client. And then finally, this is the big one. Outside of here is the one that matters most, that the ambassador. This is your Elon. Okay Ambassador. D O R O D O R First day with the new hands. So the whole idea here is if this ambassador could communicate with, let's say three, five or 10 influencers who in turn go out and connect with affinity groups who in turn can influence your hero. So going back to the original concept, if you could find a way to construct the all important what is it? What is it? It's the story. What is the story that the ambassador needs to share and first of all be well equipped to be able to speak to the hero. Or they already have rapport with them, they know their language, they know the industry speak, they know what they love, what they hate, what they value and they're gonna lend you their credibility and trust. And the whole idea is they go downstream very quickly. So from an ambassador they're gonna go, I'm going to make a call. I know what the story is that I need to say to the influencers and I'm going to influence the influencers to speak to the affinity groups who in turn speak to the hero. That is the goal. So in our particular case, what we do is we spend a good chunk of time figuring out what's that perfect right fit story, what needs to be shared, and constructing the right media that you'd reach out with. Now, it could be with phone calls, it could be with webinars, it could be with videos, it could be with magazine articles. Whatever it is, it's the media that your ideal client trusts most. But if you spend a little time thinking about, this can become an incredibly valuable, simple strategy that can bypass funnels and paid traffic and mounds of salespeople and complicated sales systems in order to get access to your right fit client very rapidly. So one of the things that I have for you, and it's in the description copy of this video as well as the follow up email that you'll receive, are two videos you can watch. One of them, for example, is our own video that we developed which tells our story. It's got our backstory in it and it's got case studies that are engineered specifically to speak to and provide case studies and that connect to our right fit audience. And this is something we call conversion collateral. It's something I believe every business needs in order to be effective. In other words, it's the stories that cause people to raise their hands and say, I've been looking for someone just like you with the shortest number or in the shortest period of time with the fewest number of words. The other thing that we have is a piece that we created for Strategic Coach. It's about a six minute video that again is intended to do the same thing. It is a story that can be quickly passed on to remind people of the benefits of their program. But it also overcomes objections for what we call eels. The eels who kill deals. They could be a CFO or a spouse or someone who would normally influence that business owner. But it's also something that can go out to ambassadors where they will put their own backbone, they'll put the reputation on the line, and it's a tool they could share very easily. So that's the big idea behind that. And I do have an oh by the way here as well, which is if this is something you're interested in learning more about or maybe working with us on, we actually do a workshop. We call it Vision Day, but it's an opportunity to work with us where we actually build and develop this and a whole bunch of other tools that help you get more attention and elevate your status in your business, your industry, as well as create conversion collateral. And we do it all in two to three days. We get oftentimes what takes most businesses six months or 18 months to get done by themselves. And one of the other things that we can help you with is something we call the 6M's model. This is the primary driver that every business needs to really clearly identify and understand in order to have the most comprehensive, powerful marketing that reaches your right fit target audience. It's also a way to find what we call money on the table. In our experience, most business owners have lots of unrealized money they're not able to get because they don't have the right tools or they've got IP that's not monetizing. Or maybe there are leads that haven't been followed up with. Or perhaps there are bigger offers that can be constructed that will enable you to generate more revenue with less effort without creating a complex delivery problem. Okay, all that more you can learn about when you go to this link. Superpower.1 go. You can speak to someone on my team will guide you through our process, learn a little bit more about your business, do an assessment and see where we can find some money that you're leaving on the table and help you get that very quickly. So that is officially the end of this video. There's of course, other videos that we'll send out to you because now you're part of our family. And I would encourage you to head over to that page that I just showed you at Superpower one. There you can watch our video that I just talked about, also download our brochure, see some of our own conversion collateral, and think a little bit about how could you use this to attract and enroll the right kind of ambassadors who will get behind you and your brand. Thank you so much for watching this video. I'm looking forward to meeting you or working with you sometime in the near future. In the meantime, head on over to Superpower one Go, learn more about us, check out that content and schedule an appointment. And thanks again for watching. Bye Bye.
