Short multi-speaker YouTube discussion (McCall McPherson and a second speaker) arguing that clean air is underemphasized compared with breathwork. Speakers present comparative consumption figures (food, water, air) and survival timeframes, and McPherson calls clean air "step zero" before practicing breathwork to avoid inhaling pollutants.

It's fascinating because again, no one is emphasizing breathing clean air or not enough people are. It's like, low on the priority list. More.
About. We talk about our, we talk about our water, but literally, breath work is more popular than air right now. Meaning we're, we're thinking about. No one talks about eating and drinking compared to food and water. We're thinking about the stuff working to me, not how we consume it. And then with air, breath work and breathing gets all this attention. Well, like I call clean air step zero in anyone's breathwork journey. Otherwise you could be hopping and puffing and hyperventilating and doing all the tropic breathing and just pumping in mold and toxins and pollutants. Not a good idea. And I'll, I'll, I'll share my origin story, but just to kind of round out that, that stat there. So, yeah, two to three pounds of food, two to three liters of water, 10 to 20,000 liters of air. Three weeks, you can survive without food. Three days, you can survive without water. Three, three minutes, you can survive without air.
