I think if you're talking with someone and they're like, just not really listening to you and you, you know what I'm talking about. Like, you say whenever to them and they like, you list your fibers, whatever you're going through, and they only listen to. They pick one thing. Oh, yeah, chest pain. Let's get a, let's get an EKG and let's do an X ray and let's do a stress test. I'm like, well, you had chest pain and like all this other stuff going on. What's the one thing that might kill you now? And that's a lot of the way our system's rigged is the one thing that might kill you now. Ignore the other 20 things that might be going on, right? So, you know, being, being with someone who like, will listen to you and if, if they go down that, if they're always going to that, that one thing and just, they hyper focus and won't ever like, listen, hear you out, maybe it's time to, you know, look for someone else. Or when you come in the room, you talk or they come in, you're talking with them, they are dismissive of, like when you, when they, when you say, like, oh, I've been having shortness of breath, my hair is falling out and I'm being constipated, my cycles are off. And you say, could it be related to xyz? They say, oh, no, it couldn't be that. You know, I've learned in my career not to talk in absolutes. The more and more I learned, the more I realized I don't know that much. You know, after, after three board certifications, you're starting a clinical research company, publishing Lancet. You know, being a PI at over 70 studies, I'll tell patients all the time, like, I'm still learning. I, you know, if you come back and see me in six months, and I'm telling you the same thing six months from now, then I probably need to find another doctor because I haven't heard anything. And so also working with someone who's constantly learning and you know, they're learning because every year or so you have a new approach, a new thought process.
