patient intake process

Hi there. I'm McCall McPherson. I am the founder of Modern Thyroid Clinic, and I am a thyroid patient who was once exactly like you. Tired, fatigued, felt hopeless, couldn't find anyone to help me. And from that, Modern Thyroid Clinic was born. So I am so happy you're here. I'm happy you found us. I'm so excited at the thought of partnering together to get you your life back. Our treatment methods, in my opinion, are top tier in the world, and the time it takes us to give people with thyroid conditions their lives back is unparalleled. So welcome. I wanted to give you a couple quick tips and tricks and outline your process of becoming a patient here. So below this video you will see everything outlined in written form, but I wanted to verbally take you through it because sometimes that helps. Number one is you will go ahead and you will book an appointment with our health coach. This is your intake appointment where we make sure we iron out all of your health history, your goals in seeing us, and most importantly, we order your lab work so that on your first initial visit with your clinician, you can start making headway in that first appointment. So we do not take labs previously run. We are very, very particular about the way that our lab data is collected, what lab data is collected, timing, etc. And because of this, it allows us to make so much headway in your first round of treatment that pretty much everyone starts to feel better. Now, that has to be done according to all of our detailed instructions. So your health coach will order your labs at that appointment, and I promise it makes everything move that much quicker in the right direction. So that is, number one, book your appointment with our health coach, your intake appointment number two. Step number two is you will get a confirmation email from booking that appointment to complete and register as a patient and fill out all of your intake paperwork, all of the paperwork we need to have information on you and for you to legally become our patient. So check your email for that email and follow those directions carefully. Step number three. And the last step is you will wait and get a call from one of our administrators, usually our lead administrator, about two days before your appointment. She will make sure you have every last starting thing you need done and completed and you're set up for success for your intake paperwork or your intake appointment rather. So those are the three steps. Again, they're outlined below. We cannot wait. We cannot wait to hear how life is for you on the other side of this journey. So season.
