I kind of want to open up and talk about women's hormones, hormonal journeys as we age, because so many women think about this process as well. I don't need to do anything or consider anything until I'm menopausal. Right. I really think there's so much more to the conversation than that. So I would love for you to give us a little bit of insight into what kind of age are you seeing women beginning to consider some form or fashion of hrt and, like, what. What are some. Some signs or symptoms that they should be watching out for that maybe prompt them to consider it?
Yeah, I mean, I think that, you know, checking general hormones, including thyroid as, you know, and some of those other hormones, you know, makes sense for anyone, any woman of any age. But probably about age 35 is where we generally start seeing, like, perimenopausal symptoms, you know, could be 35, could be 40, but we start seeing difficulties with sleep, for instance, like insomnia, especially in the two weeks before your period.
