I had antibodies on them and their antibodies were still high. They were in the hundreds, but all of a sudden they did not feel well and really did not feel well. So I did blood work and I repeated their antibodies and they had shot up to over 10,000. And I called up the endocrinologist that day and I asked them, can you see this patient? And their response to me was, why? They have Hashimoto's. It's always going to be there. There's nothing different I'm going to do for this patient. And that's when I realized there's something really wrong. I'm not crazy. My patients are crazy. Medicine is failing them.
Yeah. Amen. And I love so much and appreciate deeply that you had these professors, physicians along your path to kind of plant those seeds. Yeah, because it takes a lot to question a paradigm that we're taught and held to. And a lot of times it takes like personal experience. And that's the thing I think so many people don't realize about the clinicians at MTC is all— every single one I can think of has a thyroid problem. You know, we've all experienced this. Like, most of our clinicians are here because they were passionate about this before they even came here. Like you, you know, you were trying to implement what you learned from, from us before you ever even worked here, you know. And, and that's so admirable, and I think it's so valuable for people to know that because they can feel confident when they come here
