Any condition that you can think of that you don't want to have is influenced by inflammation. And I am here to tell you, as an inflamed person myself that works on this every day for myself, in my practice with women, there is nothing that I have ever seen that can influence inflammation even in a remotely comparable way as GLPs. Full stop, period. No lifestyle. I get this comment in my social media all the time. Well, to just go on an anti-inflammatory diet, right? I wish it was that simple. Oh my goodness. Inflammation, yes. Can we influence with our diet? Yeah. Can we influence it by the air we breathe, the products we put on our body? Absolutely. And we should. But our bodies naturally produce inflammation as a byproduct. It's waste. It's normal biochemical reactions that occur 24 hours a day. Create inflammation. In some people, like myself, my genes, they produce a lot of inflammation. Other people, like my husband, he's never been inflamed a day in his life. He has no idea what that even means. God bless him. Kind of jealous. But so being able to influence that in a big way is life-changing.
