In this light‑hearted YouTube clip, Rajon Rondo shares that he spent time learning from coach Doc Rivers while in Milwaukee, describing it as an internship‑style experience. He emphasizes his personal philosophy that talented players should be given the chance to play and that team success hinges on everyone being on the same page. Baron Davis interjects with playful banter, joking about saving the coach, mentioning kids, commercials, and the excitement of seeing Rondo on the court. Draymond Green appears as a host figure, prompting the conversation and adding to the camaraderie. The exchange blends humor with genuine reflections on mentorship, talent utilization, and team chemistry among NBA veterans.

Been messing with your boy Doc out there in Milwaukee a little bit, just kind of learning from him. I think it's on some internship. Please. Hey, go ahead.
Hey, Rondo, you know that. Go ahead, B. Go ahead, B. Hey, man. Ah, shit. Hey. Ah, damn. Hey, Rondo. Woo! Hit the button, Doc. Bring Rondo right to the top. Man, would you go please save your coach, man? I got the kiddos, man. Nah. Hey, Draymond, even Rondo won't go. That's funny. Come on, man. Have a coach. All in the videos, all in the commercials. That boy got my first chip, man.
You did that, you know what I mean? But listen, my— it's my philosophy though, B. If you got the talent, why don't you do that? He can't play for you. I ain't making an excuse for him. There were times in the huddle where he'd be like, look, if y'all on the same page, y'all do your thing.
I can dig that.
Yeah, I mean, you're a genius.
I'm a sponge. You guys are basketball geniuses.
