In this YouTube monologue, Warriors forward Draymond Green reacts to online critics who downplay Steve Kerr’s coaching abilities after Kerr reached his 600th career win, making him the fourth‑fastest coach to do so. Green calls out commenters who attribute the Warriors’ success to luck or player talent rather than coaching, and he challenges the notion that a different coach could have replicated the results. He raises the question of where Kerr stands among all‑time coaches, noting that Kerr’s three championship rings place him in a short list that includes legends like Red Auerbach. Green argues that such lists are often used to support arguments but can be dismissed when they don’t favor a position. He concludes by emphasizing Kerr’s role in establishing a championship mindset in Golden State. A brief foreign‑language interjection appears at the end.

Steve Kerr reaches 600 wins, 4th fastest coach to do so. Shout out to all the people on my threads that comment like, "Steve Kerr can't coach. He's so lucky he coached that team. But meanwhile, I suck and so lucky to have played on the team. And meanwhile, Klay's a bomb and he's lucky to have played with Steph." You people just say anything. "Man, if they could only get this coach and replace Steve Kerr." And it was a coach that has failed and never won a championship. I was like, wow. These people say anything. So, where does Steve rank amongst all-time coaches? I don't know. What I do know is amongst all-time coaches where he ranks as far as rings go, those 3, maybe Red Auerbach. But that's the list. We love lists. Until the list don't work in your favor, damn it, the list don't matter. But that's the list. You tell me where he ranks. I know that Steve Kerr came to Golden State, he was the champion in the room. That showed everybody how to be champions. [FOREIGN LANGUAGE]
