In this reaction clip, Draymond Green warns NBA players that the Clippers' decision to release veteran point guard Chris Paul (CP3) at 3:00 AM illustrates how quickly a respected, vocal leader can be discarded. Green argues that true success requires holding management, coaches, and players accountable, and he questions whether organizations will discard the knowledge and experience of their veterans when they become inconvenient. He uses Paul’s release as a cautionary example, suggesting that if a star like CP3 can be cut, any player could face the same fate, underscoring the need for players to be vigilant about their treatment and the culture of accountability within teams.
