In this short post‑game style commentary, Warriors forward Draymond Green laments the team’s defensive shortcomings after a recent loss. He highlights that the Warriors allowed opponents to shoot 60% from the field and score 126 points, labeling those numbers “crazy” and unacceptable. Green stresses that merely hoping the defense will improve is insufficient; concrete changes must be made now. He argues that a season does not turn around on its own—players must address the specific issues that are hurting the team, namely the inability to stop high‑percentage shooting and limiting opponent scoring. The clip serves as a candid, urgent call for the Warriors to tighten their defense if they hope to compete against elite opponents.

To give up 60% from the field and still win a game is crazy. And saying that, to give up 60% in general is crazy. At some point the defense has to come along. You know, you can keep talking about like, "Oh man, we'll be fine and it'll all be better and we'll turn the corner." No, these things don't turn unless you make them turn. Like, seasons just don't change unless you do the things that are hurting you. You change those things. And quite frankly, we have not changed those things because to give up 60 points, uh, 60% from the field, 126 points, that's not okay. Nor are you going to beat a great team that way.
