In this YouTube short, Draymond Green praises Kawhi Leonard’s competitiveness, drive, intelligence, and overall impact on his teammates. Green explains that Leonard’s presence "rose the level of everything," causing teammates to play better and believe more. He highlights Leonard’s fourth‑quarter instincts, noting how Leonard would wait until around the six‑minute mark before re‑entering the game, yet still dominate on both ends with tough rebounds and clutch plays. Green admires Leonard’s ability to make plays offensively and defensively, and reflects that his own team was on the "wrong side" of Leonard’s performance.

You know Kawhi, first of all, he's awesome. I loved his just competitiveness, his drive, his smarts, everything. But what he did probably more than anything, Draymond, was he just kind of rose the level of everything. Everybody played a little bit better. Everybody believed a little bit more. All those kind of things with his presence. And my most fascinating things with him were, you know, when I'd be in the fourth quarter and things, and I'd be like, 9 minutes to go, I'd be like, let's go, you got to get back in there. And he'd be, he'd be like, I'm not quite ready yet. I'd be like, I'd be like, well, we better hustle because there may not be, may not be anything to wait for. But, you know, he, he knew about the 6-minute mark, 6 and a half, he'd go back in. But he knew, and he just dominated. He just made every play at both ends, every tough rebound. He really knew what he kind of had in the tank and what he could provide. I just admired that about him because he really would go make plays at both ends. Absolutely. I think it's incredible. Obviously, We were on the wrong side of it.
