In this YouTube short, rookie guard Moses Moody reflects on how veteran forward Draymond Green’s constant defensive pressure changes the dynamics on the court. Moody describes opponents becoming hesitant when they know Green is lurking behind them, likening Green to a “big old security dude” or “OG gangster” who watches over him. This presence allows Moody to take more risks, gamble offensively, and feel protected, highlighting the psychological boost and mentorship that Green provides to a young player.

My rookie year, I'll be guarding somebody and it feel like they just hesitant. Like they don't wanna make moves a certain way. And I realized the fact that it's like, like in a movie or something, the dude in the front, I'm only looking at you, but then I got this big old dude behind me that they see. Yeah. And then now they, they acting a certain way, this and that. And then as I've been able to become a better defender too, now I can mess with him. I can take more gambles. 'Cause Dray, he not going, he not like halfway showing, like, no, he's standing right here. Like we double teaming you almost. Having that, behind you at all times, it just lets you become a different player. I appreciate that. Had that big old security dude, that big old OG gangster, you know what I mean? It's like, yo, I could be out here gambling, boy.
