In a brief YouTube Shorts interview, Draymond Green asks what the Jalen Rose Charter Academy needs to reach new heights. Speaker B explains that the school lacks state funding for facilities, improvements, and expansion, emphasizing the need for money and awareness. Green commits to sending a $25,000 check within weeks, praising the school's leadership and expressing deep respect for their hustle in raising funds for the kids. The exchange highlights the financial challenges charter schools face and Green’s personal support for the cause.

The Jalen Rose Charter Academy. What do you need to continue to take that to new heights, to give these kids the opportunities that you've been affording them?
So the thing that we need is money and awareness. A charter school building, we get zero state funding for the facility. Not for improvements, not for expansion, nothing. If something happens with a light bulb at the school right now, my phone ringing. And so that's one of the dirty secrets about education. That's why writing, and raising and me creating awareness for the school is so very important. That's incredible.
I'm gonna send y'all a $25,000 check in sometime these next couple weeks. That's love. I'll get with my financial team and get that out. Thank you. Appreciate that. So I think it's absolutely amazing. Me knowing you personally, the amount of time that you give to that, like I've seen you at times where you in your Ferrari and you hustling like, "Yo." No doubt. "I need to go raise this money for these kids." Like you really hustling. I got so much respect for you 'cause I think that's absolutely amazing.
