In a YouTube Shorts clip, Draymond Green recounts a recent on‑court incident involving Memphis Grizzlies forward Santi Aldama and Golden State Warriors coach Taylor Jenkins. Green describes how Aldama repeatedly bumped into his chest, prompting Green to raise his hand to stop the contact while the referee was nearby. He then alleges that coach Taylor Jenkins pretended to be injured—"took a dive" and "milked it"—by responding to a trainer’s concern with repeated assurances of being okay. Green criticizes this behavior as absurd, likening it to players faking fouls to draw flags, and argues that a coach should not engage in such tactics, highlighting concerns about sportsmanship and proper conduct in the NBA.

Let me walk y'all through that real quick. So Santi Aldama always like go at me. And so when he walked into my chest, like he'd go there every single time, which I respect. I'm not gonna just let you walk through my chest, which is why I put my hand out to stop them. I was just standing there listening to the referee and bang came grabbing my arms. And then Taylor Jenkins took a dive and Taylor Jenkins milked it. And I could not believe that he milked it like that. And the trainer asked Taylor Jenkins like, "You okay?" And he's like, "I'm okay, I'm okay." Like trying to milk it. And that to me is, Absolutely insane. Like, come on, bro. That's what players do sometimes when they trying to get a flag or foul. They just lay there, the trainer come up, they whisper to the trainer, "I'm good." Like, that happens. Like, you can't do that as the coach. I'm just sorry. Like, that was crazy to me.
