In this YouTube Shorts clip, Draymond Green confronts Tracy McGrady about the criticism that McGrady never won an NBA championship despite his talent. McGrady responds by emphasizing that winning titles requires many moving parts and the right supporting pieces, asserting that he was among the league’s top players but simply lacked the necessary teammates. He points out that many great players have never won championships, underscoring that individual greatness does not guarantee a title.

You won damn near everywhere you played, but you didn't win a championship. And people tried to lessen who you were as a basketball player. And I wanted to hear it from you.
Here's what I say about that. There's a lot of moving parts that has to come into play to winning championships. With my game and how I played, you don't think if I had the right pieces around me, I couldn't win a championship? Bro, I was one of the top players in the league. I just didn't have the pieces around me. There's a lot of great people ain't win no fucking championships.
