In a YouTube segment, Draymond Green asks Tim Hardaway Sr. to explain why the Miami Heat are struggling with Jimmy Butler. Hardaway attributes the discord to Pat Riley’s management style, citing Butler’s frequent private jet travel, missed games, and a perceived lack of commitment to Heat culture. He emphasizes that while Butler deserves his salary, he must play more than 60% of games and not jeopardize the team. Hardaway asserts that Riley holds the ultimate decision power; a trade is possible only if it benefits the Heat, but given Butler’s direct request to be traded, Hardaway doubts any reconciliation is likely.

I don't think there's no patching up because he told him in his face.
