In this YouTube Shorts clip, Draymond Green and a co‑host pose a tongue‑in‑cheek hypothetical: if the Golden State Warriors could trade their 2017 and 2018 NBA championships for the historic 73‑win 2015‑16 regular season, would they do it? Green initially hesitates, then answers that he would not make the trade, but acknowledges that the 2016 season will forever be a point of pride and amusement for the team. The conversation blends casual banter with deeper reflections on legacy, the value of championships versus a record‑breaking regular season, and the enduring humor the players find in that "what‑if" scenario.

If you could trade the 2017 and '18 championship to complete the 73-win championship, would you trade those two championships to complete the 73? Uh-oh.
Mm. So I'm gonna get the resume right. So I have, we'd have two chips in a damn near perfect season? Mm-hmm. Or 3 trips to the bomb shelter.
You see, I didn't even wanna say it.
You see? Oh man. I don't even know how to answer that question.
I would say no, but I think for the rest of our life, I'll still be able to just laugh at '16, which is fine. It's fine. It's always gonna be that just, awkward, like, acknowledgement of an amazing regular season and the finals run, but— Yeah.
