Chapters
Good evening from Liminal Village in Italy, where I'm currently consulting and hanging out with my friends who are working on Web3 technologies based on Holonic architecture and running a regenerative hub. So I'd like to share, first of all, one of my favorite books that is unusually not widely known Now, it's by Aldous Huxley, who's obviously very widely known, and of course Brave New World is one of the most famous books in American history and really global history. But a book I really never hear anyone talk about very much is his actual follow-up to that called Island, which was in a sense a manual for practical utopia and an answer to Brave New World in many ways. So that's definitely one of my favorite books of all time. It includes something called moksha medicine, which is my connection to Eastern wisdom. You know, moksha in Hinduism means liberation, and I've always felt so much more drawn to that than to ideas like nirvana, which means extinction of ego. So the moksha medicine of, uh, of, um, the book Island by Aldous Huxley— what a powerful book. And they made a movie about it, but it didn't really capture the beauty of the book and what it was about. What do I hope to achieve is really broadening the possibilities of my network and my opportunities to bring my dream fully alive, which I'm in the middle of. So I'm kind of excited to be the CEO of my own startup and an intern at the same time. I think that's quite exciting and unusual. I just— I'm just so confident that amazing, beautiful things will happen that what I'm hoping to achieve is to continue flowing in a series of fortunately synchronistic events. And why am I the best person for this role? Please read my answers. I think I'm the only person for this role.
