In this brief YouTube excerpt, Speaker A leads a whimsical, leprechaun‑themed ritual that asks Bret Warshawsky to spell a word and then “cast a spell” with it. After a playful back‑and‑forth about leprechauns and secret words, Bret is prompted to name the first word that comes to mind, which is “co‑creation.” He spells it out (C‑O dash C‑R‑E‑A‑T‑I‑O‑N) and then delivers an extended, poetic exposition. Bret distinguishes co‑creation from ordinary cooperation or collaboration, describing it as a mythological, almost divine process—“Kodash creation”—that involves mysterious, universal forces, vertical alignment, and the synthesis of many life forms to manifest worlds. He emphasizes that co‑creation is not a simple joint effort but a profound, transformative partnership that transcends historical epochs and ordinary human activity. The segment ends with Speaker A acknowledging the “letter C, co‑creation” delivered by Bret.

On another front, I'm just playing with the leprechaun thing.
Hmm.
And they wanted to play with you today.
Hmm.
So listen carefully, 'cause there'll be a few asks, and then you can proclaim. So, oh, the 2 birds just wandered in. Ask and proclaim. All right. Ye leprechaun, a leprechaun, tell me an age-old secret. Ye leprechaun, a leprechaun, where do you hide and keep it? You started with a word, this I have heard, and now I intend to seek it. Bret, you, my friend, aren't a leprechaun. I know that. I knew it the minute I came across you.
Okay.
So you've spouted many things. You've proclaimed many things, you've asked many questions, but right at this very moment, I'd like to cast a spell with you.
Hmm.
We're going to start with just the notion of the word spell. Where'd that come from? The idea that we can spell something. It came from the actual oral tradition to spell, cast a spell. So we're going to play with that a little bit here, and it's dangerous, and I know that, so be aware of that. A leprechaun, a leprechaun, tell me an age-old secret. A leprechaun, a leprechaun, where do you hide and keep it? You started with a word, this I've heard, and now I intend to seek it. Bret, what is the first word now that comes to mind for you?
Co-creation.
Co-creation. Can you spell that?
C-O dash C-R-E-A-T-I-O-N.
Co-creation. Bret, I'm gonna ask you now to cast the spell of that word, that spelling. Take us on the journey of what that word means now. What's the story of that word for you?
The story of co-creation is far beyond cooperation. The story of co-creation is far beyond collaboration. The story of co-creation can be found in a wiki entry where they talk about customers. and businesses and the interaction between stakeholders. This is not the co-creation nor the co-creation story that I speak of. Co-creation is mythological. It is, to borrow from another leprechaun, a modern mythos. Kodash creation is the highest high, the lowest low, and the deepest sense of being creative and being a creator. Kodash creation is not about 1, 2, 3, 10,000 people simply working together. They are co-creationists. They are working with magnificent, mysterious, unknown powers of existence and calling in universes. and realities and dreams and desires. Co-creation is not for the faint of heart. It is not for horizontal changes. Co-creation is for vertical alignment and heavenly manifestations. It's in the words creation, God. Love, beauty, pain, mysteriousness, adventurousness. This is creation. This is beyond the dinosaurs and the Romans and the Egyptians and the Industrial Age and the Mayans and the protons and the neutrons. Creation is The name of the game. And to be in co-creation is to be in the heavenly space of many, many, many life forms and beings conjoining, converging, synthesizing, synergizing, coming together to realize worlds. And that, my friends, Is not collaboration. That is co-creation.
This message brought to you by the letter C, co-creation, from Bret. Wow, nice.
