A short YouTube message by Justin R. Lester arguing that AI should not replace church teams but instead automate routine tasks (e.g., website chatbots, scheduling, event coordination) so staff can focus on people and relationships. The speaker presents concrete examples and frames this shift as a major, necessary change for churches, ending with a brief call-to-action to like/subscribe.

Now, AI isn't here to replace your church team. They're here to make your lives easier. But let me show you how. Artificial intelligence is not just a buzzword. It's a tool that can transform your church. Imagine a chatbot on your website answering visitor questions 24 7, not just when your secretary is available. Imagine something inside of your church, an AI agent that can schedule apps or handle events without endless church email chains. Because here's the thing. AI isn't here to replace the human touch, is here to make room for it. By automating the basic tasks, you give your team more time to focus on the things that matter people and relationships. This, my friends, is one of the biggest shifts that our just need to move to. You're doing the basic stuff when you can let AI do the basic stuff so you can do the big stuff. Don't forget like and subscribe for more.
