Justin R. Lester delivers a short, pastoral monologue urging viewers to stop replaying interpersonal drama in dreams and to instead use sleep as a time to connect with God. He shares personal practice (he and his wife pray that dreams are visions from God), warns that overthinking wastes mental energy, and ends with an exhortation to "live unbothered" and a blessing.

You ever one of those nights where you can't stop thinking about something? Like, why did they say that? Do they mean something else by that? And then your mind all of a sudden is an overdrive and your anxiety is taking over and you can't seem to figure out a way to. Let me tell you something. If your dreams are constantly about people, you're wasting your time to dream. Dream is a prime time to connect with God, not to replay your drama like a Netflix series. Your life is better than 7.99 or 12.99amonth. My wife and I, we pray that our dreams are visions from God. I mean, that if God is going to speak to me, I want to be wide open to that. And frankly, put unnecessary drama doesn't do anything for you. Overthinking stops you from really thinking. So tonight, when you go to bed, let go of it. Don't let people rent space in your head for free. Instead, let your dreams be God's canvas. Chill out. Live unbothered. Because if it doesn't bother, God doesn't need to bother you. Rest well tonight. God bless you.
