A short YouTube monologue by Justin R. Lester arguing that Christians exist for the world rather than solely for the church. The speaker criticizes intra-church hostility and politicized Christianity, emphasizes that spiritual struggle is against sin (not people), and insists salvation and justice come through Jesus; he calls believers to show grace and spread Jesus until Christ's return.

What if I told you Christians aren't for the church, but they're for the world. And too many people in the church are against each other's in the church. If Christians we hear it all from popular media. We're taking a stand against a hot button issue or against something with politics. It's always an us versus the world. And at worst, Christians are always angry and hateful. And at best, we're self righteous and defensive. And you know what? That makes Jesus weak. Our spiritual battle is against sin, not against the people God loves. Our salvation is not in politics or legislation, but in Jesus. God loves righteousness and hates evil. But as Christians we need to remember grace rules. Remember, God loved the world and he didn't send us some to condemn the world. So why do we as believers, we are here to spend time on earth doing good for others. And the highest and best good is sharing the grace of God. And this era of grace will only last until Jesus returns fully and brings justice against all evil in the final judgment. Until then, let's go spread Jesus. You are not a Christian for the church. You are a Christian for the world. Like and subscribe for more.
