A brief spoken-word YouTube video by Justin R. Lester delivering a concentrated motivational exhortation: "Don't give up." The speaker directly addresses viewers, repeating that life/race was made for them, urging them to keep moving forward and offering a brief like/subscribe call-to-action for those who want more encouragement.

Hey, before you scroll away, can I tell you one thing? Don't give up. It's so easy right now to throw in the towel. Wherever you are in your life, I want to tell you, don't throw in the towel. It's not worth it. This race was made for you. This life was made for you. You need you to live. Move forward. Don't give up. You got this. If you need encouragement like this, be sure to like and subscribe. And if you don't want to like and subscribe, just keep scrolling. But as you scroll, don't give up. All right?
