Get 50 guests in a Month with AI!

A tutorial-style YouTube video (spoken transcript) by Pastor Justin R. Lester explaining how his church used Facebook lead forms (not standard ads) together with Church Funnels and automation (e.g., Zapier → SMS/video) to generate new guests. He demonstrates Facebook lead campaigns (multiple simultaneous ads, collages and video), reviews incoming leads in Facebook Lead Center and Church Funnels, and shares high-level performance claims and recommended assets and copy to reuse. He emphasizes spending a modest budget, automating follow-up, and that the method produced dozens of leads and guests (examples: ~$2 daily ad sets, $200/month budget, 97 leads in three months; 27 opportunities from Mar 18–Apr 17; ~30 new guests in one month).

So you want to know how to get 50 guests to your church in a month? Let me show you how. I'm going to share my screen. And what we're going to do is we're going to do it very simply. You're going to have to spend some money on this. Let me be very clear. But we're going to use Facebook now. We're going to use Facebook leads, not Facebook ads. Facebook ads to me are just a waste of your energy, a waste of your time and a waste of your money. Facebook leads, on the other hand, going to do the work for you. So let me show you. We're going to switch over to. Actually to my church page. We're going to leave this. We're going to switch over to my church page. Sorry, one second. My face looks wonky. And so I. Pastor Friendship Baptist Church in Vallejo, California. Instead of me showing you anything else, I'm going to show you this. Exactly. So what we do is we have an advertisement that goes up on our church page once it. Thanks. And so here, so what we have here is we have. We have four ads running at once just to show you all the different campaigns we have going. We use some for Easter, we use some for different big days we have going for us. And so the first thing we have is a collage, right? And so this collage, if you. I can show you the collage right here is. I'm going to show you this. Open up. All right, sorry, it's just not opening. Edit me. Edit it. So, all right, so this. All right, sorry. All right, sorry guys. It's just not opening for me. All right, you know what, I'm just going to show you this. So this collage we have is a simply managing of four pictures that are out right now on our church page. You can see it's our highest volume of leads. We set it for a two dollar budget. Daily we get people. The last one we had here, it's reached almost 2,000 people. We've had two people get results and that's what matters. The goal here is to get leads. Now you can see this is way higher than what we want to do. Normally our leads are dollars, $3. But after Easter it's been a lot higher. So that's our first one that we have. Like I said, we have four going at once. We don't just have one going, we have four going. It's a campaign that we have going at a time. And so I'm gonna go back here and I'll show you the rest of our leads going, there's also a video that I have, and then we also have another collage. We have different hooks that go on on each of these. And the results we have are, are all across the board that we have six leads here from the video, four leads from the text, three collage, two leads from another collage. And you can see here, our video ones are the ones that get us the most. We're averaging most here of getting $15 per, $5 per leads. Now, that's been a lot lower at other times, but we have it where we have a 200 budget a month that goes into these different ads and goes into how they look. And I want to show you, I want to, I want to show you it. I don't know why I'm not able to access it here. I, I now I did, I did practice this before I got on here with you guys. And so for some reason I'm not able to show you it, but I can, I can log Facebook and actually show you the ad really quick. So these ads we've been having run for a little while, and I like them because they actually, they've been getting great results for us. So we've been getting guests left and right. So this is one of the ads here. This was so what it does. You see this little plus three here. What happens is when someone clicks on this trying to open up the album here. And so what it looks like is planned your visit. Hey, my name is Justin. I want you to come. We have all this stuff here. And if you want to screenshot this, go ahead and screenshot it. These are all the things we can't wait to do. You select the service time and let's say they're coming to 8BAM. Their contact information. Now, this is my church contact information. But the Facebook already has this info. So the moment that they click on the ad, the info's there. They click, continue. And then we've got a lead, the leads. Then I'll show you where our leads go. The leads then go to the Facebook lead manager. And so I'll show you what the lead manager looks like to go to friendship. So in our lead manager, I'm going to log in here. So here, lead center, you go to lead center. And all the leads that we have coming in, the people that we can contact that have given us their information and given consent for us to have their information are right in the lead center and right here. I'm not going to get all these, but you can see all These leads here, I'm not going to show you their names obviously I don't know how to make that smaller, but I want you to see their names. All right, so you can see these are all the leads that we have that are interested in coming to our church. And then last three months we've had 97 total leads and four new ones that have come in to our church. And so these are the ways that we're able to reach out to these individuals and get their info. To show you even more data, we use an app called Church Funnels. And Church Funnels I think is great. You can, I would suggest you sign up for the 14 day free trial and take a chance to talk with them. But in Church funnels. And make sure you don't see anyone's data. But in Church Funnels you can see in our dashboard I won't give you all the stuff because I don't want to show anyone's information. But we have 27 new opportunities and that's from here, the 18th to the 20 to the 17th. So from March 18th to today, April 17th, when I've recorded this video, we have 27 new opportunities that want to come to our church that we connect with. And I haven't done all the data on the back end, we haven't imported the rest of it, but that's where you have a chance to do that. I would show you our contacts but I don't want that individual, those individuals names to come out. But as you can see here, in one month we've got 30 new guests that have come to our church, engaged with our church and we have their info all because of a Facebook ad. So all you have to do, my suggestion to you and so below what I'm going to do is put in some data things that you can put into your Facebook ad. So I'll put in. What I'm going to put in the below for you is exactly what to put in here, right? You use your own pictures, you use whatever else you want. But I'm going to put exactly what you can put here actually so you all can see me doing it. I'm just going to copy and paste it and put this into my notes and I'll put this in the bottom and you can edit this for your own church, the video transcript that we use and I'll put that in there as well for you so that you can have the video transcript so you can see how simple it is. And then lastly you just simply put it into your Facebook ad manager and, and you ask it to create leads. You ask it to create leads. It's a marketing campaign on Facebook. And then you get that information in your lead center. And like I said, you get that information right here in lead center and you're good to go. And you're able then to see all the individuals who are interested coming to your church. Then you have a chance to reach out to them and talk to them however you want to. So it's very, very simple. And to create, if you want to create those leads, boom, just go into Facebook, you go into meta, add leads or create leads or create an ad, and there you go. It's very, very simple. It's very to the point, but it's a way that you're able to generate leads. So Facebook advertisements are nothing more than trying to get people to click your website, come to your Facebook page. Facebook leads, on the other hand, are the way that you're able to use this, automate it and use AI, using automation. That's all it is, is automating. Automating conversations, automating follow up church funnels. If you use church funnels, the easiest way to use or Zapier is then you're able to automate your text messages so you're able to text them, send the videos. The cool thing about church funnels, you can send the videos instead of just sending them text messages. So that's what we use. That's what's gone really well for us. That's what we able to get 50 guests a month. Easter, we were able to get so many using different types of campaigns. And Christmas, we were able to flood the gates with new guests in our community. And it's been really, really great for our church. All right, thank you.
